Product Information

The Custom Candle Box is a completely customizable packaging solution designed with sustainability in mind. It comes in a size of 4 x 4 x 4 and offers various print options, including Outside Only, Inside Only, and Inside and Outside Print. The base color options are Kra and White, and the print color is CMYK Digital Print. The box is certified for its sustainable design.

Product Usage Instructions

Download the appropriate dielines for the Candle Box from the noissue Custom Candle Box page.
Choose your preferred base color between Kra and White.
Start designing your noissue Candle Box using the provided dielines. Refer to the Print Perfect Checklist for best print results.
Once your design is complete, upload it as a finished artwork in PDF format. Fill in the required fields, including size, base color, quantity, and badge.
Add the Candle Box to your cart and proceed to order. Before printing, you will receive a proof of your custom design to review and approve.

Please note the following guidelines for optimal results:

Include the unique structural dieline provided in the print file to ensure correct packaging cuts. Do not delete, rotate, or change the colors of the dieline.
Use a font size of 10 pt or larger.
Maintain a minimum line and stroke weight of .5pt, or 1pt if reversed out.
Convert all artwork to CMYK color mode.
If replicating white ink on Kra, consider purchasing a white box and using an image of Kra material as a background.
If using black in your design, build it as a rich black with 30% cyan, 30% magenta, 30% yellow, and 100% black. Include a .5pt stroke of 100% black to avoid print overspray.
Ensure all artwork is vectored and has a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Convert all fonts to outlines before submitting the artwork.
Extend your design until the green lines in the dielines to account for printing inconsistencies.
Export the final design as a CMYK PDF without crop marks.

Step by step

Download the correct dielines.
You can find the Candle Box dielines on the noissue Custom Candle Box page. Choose the size you wish to order, then download the dielines to start designing.
Choose your base.
We offer kraft and white base. Note that we recommend printing darker colors on kraft due to the effect of the paper on the ink, while you can print a wider range of colors on white. We also cannot print white ink on kraft.
Start designing!
You may now start designing your noissue Candle Box! Use the Print Perfect Checklist as a guide to get the best print results.
Once done, you may upload as a finished artwork.
Upload your PDF file as a finished artwork. Fill in the necessary fields: size, base color, quantity, and badge.
Add to cart and order!

Print Perfect Checklist

Add your custom artwork to your design here layer.
In order to ensure your custom packaging cuts correctly, it is very important that the unique structural dieline we send you is included as part of the print ﬁle. Please do not delete, rotate or change the colors of the structural dieline.
We recommend using 10 pt font size or larger.
Lines and stroke weight should be no less than .5pt and 1pt if reversed out.
All artwork should be converted to CMYK.
An alternative method to replicate the look of white ink on a kraft that you may consider is to purchase a white box instead and simulate the Kraft material by placing an image of Kraft material as a background image.
If your art includes black, we recommend it’s built as a rich black with 30 cyan (C), 30 magenta (M), 30 yellow (Y), and 100 black (K). For best results, include a .5pt stroke of 100% black (K) to avoid print overspray.
For best results, all artwork should be vectored and image resolution should be no less than 300 dpi.
In order to ensure your custom packaging prints correctly, we require that all fonts be converted to outlines.
Extend your design until the green lines in the dielines. This serves as a bleed area to allow for inconsistencies during printing.

Please export as a ‘CMYK’ PDF. No crop marks needed.
