Caution
When the suction function is used for at least 10 hours, the dust bag
replacement icon is displayed. – After replacing the dust bag, press the
suction on/off button for 2 seconds to delete the dust bag replacement icon.

The control unit must be used in a place where indoor temperature is
maintained at a proper level.

Do not use the unit in a dirty or very hot and humid place.| The control unit
must be installed on a flat surface substantially, not interfered by
peripheral devices. – Avoid ventilation on the bottom plate of the control
unit being blocked off.
Do not operate the product in a place where it is difficult to supply power or
separate the power plug.
-Applied part : Drill bit (The drill bit is not provided separately.)
3-1. Main Power 3-2. Connection

Head, dust bag connection
– Connect the connector equipped with the dust bag to the suction port. -
Power cord connection
– Connect the power cord to the back of the product.
3-3. Drill bit fastening
-As shown in the picture below, fasten the drill bit to be used to the head. Warning
Care must be taken to select the size of the drill bit for the rotation.
Failure to comply with the recommendations may cause unwanted vibrations, and
consequently damage the head. Do not apply liquid directly to the head during
operation. The liquid can be sucked into the drilling head, which can lead to
its damage.
Operation
4-1. Preparation before operation
– Check that the components are connected correctly.
4-2. Power On/Off
- Turn on the power switch to turn on the power of the product.
- Turn off the power switch to cut off the power of the product.
- If you press and hold the volume knob, only the LCD can be turned on and off.
4-3. Setting

Suction On/Off and Power Setting
– Press the suction On/Off button to determine whether or not to use the suction.
– Press the suction increase button or decrease button to select the desired power. -
Rotation speed setting
– Rotate the volume knob to set the rotation speed.
– Rotation speed range: 4,000~40,000rpm -
Rotation direction setting
– Press the rotation direction change button to select the rotation direction. -
Memory settings
– Press the memory button for 2 seconds to save the set value.
– Press the memory button to recall the saved settings.
Head, suction operation/stop

After setting is finished, press the Start & Stop button to operate.
-
If you press the Start & Stop button during operation, it stops.
-
If the switch at the back of the head is turned off during the operation of the head and suction, the head and suction are temporarily stopped and the rotation speed icon on the LCD blinks.
-
When the off switch is turned on, the head and suction operate.
-
Suction On/Off & Suction Power, Rotation Direction, Memory, etc. can be operated while the head is in operation.
Caution
– If an abnormal operation occurs during operation, stop using it immediately
and cut off the product’s power.
5-1. Using Foot Control
– The foot controller allows you to smoothly adjust the speed of the number of
revolutions, up to the maximum set on the nail drill.
To use the foot control, the nail drill must be stopped with the Start&Stop
button and the switch on the head must be turned on.
Caution
– Foot control: It is possible to adjust the speed by setting the rotation
speed of the set head to the maximum speed.
Maintenance
6-1. Limitations on Reprocessing
- After using the product, all components must be cleaned.
Point of use processing
- After using the product, remove foreign substances on all components immediately with a soft cloth.
- Make sure that foreign substances on the product do not dry.
Transport
- After using the product, place it immediately in an uncontaminated area.
- If the product cannot be moved, clean the product immediately.
Preparation for cleaning
– Separate the head, hose and motor respectively. Method of cleaning
Remove foreign substances from the head case and motor with a soft brush. –
Use a collect cleaning tool to remove foreign substances inside the collet
chuck of the motor. Caution
– Do not use boiling water, chemicals, wire brushes or ultrasonic waves to
clean the head.
Visual inspection
- Check appearance for corrosion.
- Check for visible foreign matter.
6-2. Storage
– After cleaning, assemble the product again and store it in a designated or
clean place.
6-3. Dust bag replacement
- When the dust bag replacement icon is lit on the LCD, replace the dust bag as shown below.
- After replacing the dust bag, press and hold the suction on/off button for 2 seconds to make the dust bag replacement icon disappear.
Caution
– Replace and clean the dust bag after using the product for about 10 hours.
Trouble shooting
7-1. Error messages
– If an operational problem occurs, the display will show an error code
allowing immediate problem diagnosis.

SAFETY MEASURES

The device is a professional equipment for use in cosmetic surgeries. Operation of the device only by qualified cosmetology personnel avoids undesirable consequences during treatment.

Do not disassemble the device or attempt to use it for purposes other than those indicated in this manual. All service work and repairs must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP SP. Z O.O. company).

Do not install or operate the device near liquids, wet places or with wet hands – so that no liquids get into the device.

Immediately unplug the device from the socket and contact an authorized service provided by ACTIVESHOP SP. Z O.O. in the following cases:
(a) liquid has entered the device,
(b) the device emits a strange odor, smoke or makes strange sounds,
(c) the power cord has been damaged,
(d) the device has been knocked over or its housing has been damaged. -
do not lay any objects on the cables. Do not install the device in places where someone may step on the power cord.

For safety purposes, unplug the power cord from the outlet each time you finish working with the device.

do not insert anything into the opening of the device. If a foreign object gets into the hole, remove the cord from the outlet and contact the distributor or manufacturer.

Do not place the device on an unstable cart, shelf or vehicle. If dropped, the device may be damaged.

In order to guarantee the established useful life of the device, it is recommended to keep an interval of one minute before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off and vice versa).

The power supply must comply with the specifications on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk of incorrect operation of the device its damage and even burning.
CAUTION:
- In case of damage to the power cord or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center – this will avoid danger.
- This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons of diminished physical and mental capabilities and persons with inexperience and lack of familiarity with the equipment, if supervision or instruction on the use of the equipment in a safe manner is provided, so that the associated risks are understood.
- The equipment is not intended for play by children. Do not allow children to play with the equipment.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when children or persons without sufficient knowledge of the use of the appliance are near it.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use of or contact with an electrical appliance may pose a health risk or lead to death, so use and store the appliance out of the reach of children.
DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE
Dispose of used electrical appliances, fixtures and packaging to raw material
reprocessing centers in accordance with environmental protection principles.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances in household waste containers. Follow
the rules for discarding this type of equipment. In order to protect the
environment in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electrical and
electronic equipment, waste electrical equipment should be collected
separately and then sent to collection centers for waste electronic and
electrical equipment.
At the end of their useful life, and old appliances contain full-value
recyclable components, so they should be handed over for reprocessing.
Therefore, they should be handed over to appropriate collection points, as
well as they can also be handed over to the ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk Company.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
The device should be transported at temperatures in the range of (-) 20 °C
to (+) 50 °C only in its original packaging. Store the device in a well-
ventilated place with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Operating
temperature from (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C. During storage and transportation
processes, the device must not be thrown or dropped, exposed to mechanical
shocks or atmospheric agents.
