SGPRO D-332 Wireless Microphone System User Manual

Reminder

This is an electrical wireless product. It generates and uses wireless frequency energy. As a user, you are responsible to install and use it according to local regulations. Please follow the user manual to set up and operate it to your preferences. We provide a range of frequencies for selection. Please choose and use those comply with local restriction.

Important Notes

1. Install the receiver in more open space for better transmission;

2. Do not throw or toss the device;

3. Do not place the device in rain or in water;

4. Avoid using the device under the sun or in an electromagnetic field;

5. Remove them if the device is idle for a long time;

6. Turn the power off before replacing batteries;

7. Unplug the power adaptor from power supply if the receiver is idle for along time;

8. Do not disassemble the device without professional guidance;

9. The product is not designed for self-fitting;

10. Use soft cloth to clean device and clean stubborn stain with neutral detergent;

11. Allow 30 CM or more open space around the device for better ventilation;

12. Do not cover the ventilation hole;

13. Do not put a fire, such as a burning candle, on the device;

14. Keep the device away from water, or any container with water like vase;

15. Replace all batteries at one time instead of mixing the new and the old;

16. Use same kind of batteries at one time;

17. The device’s working temperature is from 5T to 60T ;

18. Please try below methods if there’s interference issue when using the microphones:
    a. Adjust the position or direction of the antennas.
    b. Move the device away from radio or TV.
    c. Do not use a same power socket with a radio or TV.

19. The best angel from mouth to mic capsule is 45 degrees;

20. Use one microphone when there’s only one sound input;

21. Ideal distance from mouth to mic capsule is within 15 cm.

• GR: The current frequency group in use.
• CH: The current frequency channel in use.
• SCAN: Scan for available frequencies and select
• HI/LO : High or low power mode for the transmitter.
• Lock: Receiver is in Locked status.
• Mute: Receiver is in Mute status.
• = IR Icon: Flashes when sending sync signal.
• Battery level of the handheld microphone.

Receiver Menu

When the receiver is working, long-press Unlock button to unlock the menu.The default menu item is at GR/CH for channel setting.

Once scanning process is completed, remember to Sync the receiver with the transmitter.

Sync Operation

Sync Operation: Turn on the receiver, long-press the IR button for over 3 seconds till the IR indicator flashes. Turn on the microphone and pointits IR window closely towards the receiver. Asame frequency will show on both the receiver and the microphone if Sync is successful. The RF signal level will show on the receiver.

Note For best signal transmission, please install the receiver with the antennas in upright positions and the receiver at least one meter above the ground and from the wall.

Receiver Operation

Operation Notes

• Pull out both antennas (11)(12) and adjust to upright positions.
• Connect power with the DC input (16).
• Audio Output: Connect the audio cable into Mix Out (13) and the other end into a Mix In or Aux In of a mixer or speaker.
• Balanced Output: Connect the audio cable to Mix Out (14/15) while the other end into Mix In or Aux In of an audio mixer or amplifier.
• Charging: Connect the USB cable to socket (17) while the other end into the microphone.
• Adjust the volume level to minimum before turning on the receiver.

4. HI :The power mode of the microphone. The default setting is on HI.

6. Microphone Battery Level. The icon flashes when the power is low.

When it’s on, long press the power button to turn off the microphone.

• Remove the cover, insert 1×3.7V Lithium battery with correct direction.
• When unable to turn on the microphone, check if the batteries are installed correctly. If the battery icon flashes, it need to be recharged.
• Device works properly only if handheld and receiver are in a same frequency.
• The system saves the latest used frequency and there’s no need to Sync again. When any changes are made to setting the receiver and the transmitter need to re-sync.
• When the microphone is turned on, the IR Sync status is active for 30 seconds.

Holding the Microphones

• Keep the distance of the mouth and mic head within 15CM.
• Avoid pointing the mic head towards loud speakers.

• Remove the battery cover, insert 2 x1.5V AA batteries correctly.
• If unable to turn on the body pack, check batteries’ direction or the power level indicator. recharge if the battery icon flashes.
• The device works properly only if both the bodypack and the receiver are using a same frequency.
• The system saves the latest used frequency and there’s no need to Sync again. When any changes are made to setting the receiver and the transmitter need to re-sync.
