The Dual USB-C Hub is designed for use with the Surface Pro 9. It features two Thunderbolt ports with the Satechi logo facing towards the screen. The hub also includes a USB4 port, an HDMI port, and card reader slots for microSD and SD cards. USB4 Port:

Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the Dual USB-C Hub into the two Thunderbolt ports on your Surface Pro 9. Ensure that the Satechi logo on the hub is facing towards the screen.
- To utilize the USB4 port, you can:
- Charge your device by connecting it to the hub using a compatible USB-C cable. The USB4 port supports charging up to 94W.
- Output video to an external monitor by connecting it to the hub using a compatible USB-C cable. The USB4 port supports video output up to 6K/60Hz.
- Transfer data at high speeds by connecting compatible devices to the hub using a compatible USB-C cable. The USB4 port supports data transfer up to 40Gbps.
- If you are using the USB4 port for video output, it is recommended to use the proprietary charger to keep your Surface Pro 9 charged, unless your connected monitor supports charging.
- To utilize the HDMI port, connect an external monitor to the hub using a compatible HDMI cable. The HDMI port supports video output up to 4K/60Hz.
- To use the card reader slots, insert microSD or SD cards into the appropriate slots. The card reader supports UHS-I speeds of up to 104MB/s. You can use the card reader slots simultaneously.
