Product Information

The Angustos High-End Video Wall Controller is a hardware-based video processing equipment designed for high performance. It eliminates the need for high-end computer specifications, graphic processing units (GPU cards), licenses, and avoids issues such as blue-screen OS crashes, viruses, and ransomware. It supports up to 152 input x 144  output and features a dedicated Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chipset for video processing. The unit has a modular design with hot swap capabilities, allowing for easy customization and integration of HDMI, DVI, VGA, HDBaseT, and IPstreaming connections. It also supports control of multiple videowalls, making it easier to manage complex setups.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the Angustos Video Wall Controller to power supply using the provided power cable.
  2. Connect the desired input sources (HDMI, DVI, VGA, HDBaseT, IP streaming) to the corresponding input interface ports on the controller.
  3. Connect the output devices (VGA, CVBS, YPbPr, SDI, IP HDBaseT, DVI, DP, HDMI) to the output interface ports on the controller.
  4. Use the front panel touch screen to control scene modes, save/recall profiles, and configure IP settings.
  5. To customize the layout of the video wall, use the Drag & Drop feature. Simply click on the desired content and drag it to the desired position on the screen.
  6. The Angustos Video Wall Controller supports various features such as overlap, roaming, stretching, zooming in/out. Use these features to adjust the display according to your preferences.
  7. If you have IP CCTV Cameras, you can directly stream video feeds to the controller using the IP input card.
  8. You can also set a static background image and scrolling text for the video wall. Additionally, you can schedule scene modes and cycle for advertising or digital signage purposes.
  9. The Angustos Video Wall Controller supports up to 2 layers of Matrix Picture in Picture (MPiPTM) in each screen.
  10. For advanced control and management, you can use IP, RS-232, or touchscreen (optional) interfaces.
  11. Ensure that the temperature and humidity conditions are within the specified range (-20oC ~ +70oC / 10% ~ 90%) for optimal performance.

FPGA Dedicated Chipset

Dedicated Field Programmable Gate Arrray (FPGA) chipset is a combination of processing unit that dedicated in video processing. This eliminated the limitation of a CPU or a GPU from conventional Software or PC controller.

Without the use of PCI – Express card, the unit can work flawlessly when adding or editing the total layout of the videowall set up. As each of the FPGA chip is working independently, user can replace or add new input / output card without turning off the whole chassis.
