POSITIONING

Ideally, the speakers and listening position should be located equal distances apart, but feel free to experiment with positioning until you are happy with the sound.

STAND MOUNTING

For best results, use dedicated speaker stands. If used on a sturdy shelf, allow ample space behind the speaker (minimum 5cm).

If the speakers are placed on a desk or close to a wall, the bass may become too strong. We have provided foam bass tuning bungs that will reduce bass output when inserted into the ports.

What is the purpose of bookshelf speakers?

Bookshelf speakers are intended to deliver high-quality sound in a compact form factor suitable for smaller spaces or as part of a surround sound system.

How do bookshelf speakers differ from floor-standing speakers?

Bookshelf speakers are smaller and more compact compared to floor-standing speakers. They also usually have a more limited frequency response and may require additional stands or mounting brackets.

What is the typical power range for bookshelf speakers?

The power range for bookshelf speakers can vary, but it's usually between 20 to 150 watts RMS per channel.

How should bookshelf speakers be positioned for optimal sound?
