This manual provides more information about the wireless earbuds, please read
the instructions before using.

Power On/Off
Power on
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on.[Red flash LEDs] Power
off
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds
Pair the wireless earbuds with your mobile device

Keep the distance between the earbuds and mobile device within 32.8 feet.

Take both earbuds out from charing case. The Earbuds is automatically turned on. Auto pairing of left and right earbud successfully.
[1]. Left and Right pairing: left earbud with blue light flashing, right earbud no light.
[2].Voice prompt: ‘Connected’ -
Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select “ SORB-TWS3 ” from the list shown.

After pairing is successful, there is a voice prompt ‘connected’.
Reconnect the wireless earbuds to your mobile device
When powered on, the wireless earbuds will automatically connect with the last successfully paired device.
Disconnect the wireless earbuds from your mobile device
Power off the wireless earbuds; or
Switch off the Bluetooth on your mobile phone; or
Leave the earbuds 60 ft away from your mobile phone or further.
Voice assistant function
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds (beep sound to wake up)
Answer / Reject a call
Short press the button once in incoming call status(left and right, any Earbud) In imcoming call status, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to Reject a call (left and right, any Earbud)
End a call
Short press the button once in the call state (left and right, any Earbud)
Functions
Pause/Play Music: Short press the button once during pairing;
(the mobile phone player is on)(left and right, any earphone)
Go back to previous song: Touch 2 times on right earbud;
Advance to next song: Touch 2 times on left earbud;
Volume up: Touch 3 times on right earbud;
Volume down: Touch 3 times on left earbud;
Charging your Earbuds
1.linsert the Earbuds into the charging case.
2.The earbuds will start the charge automatically, and with red light up.
3.The red light of earbuds will be off when fully charged
4.Short press the button on the back of charging case to cut off the power
supply.
Recharge Charging Case
For your safety, please always use appropriate 5V input charger/Adapter to
charge the product.
DO NOT USE Quick Charging USB Adapter to charge the product, as it might
damage the product.
- Use the TYPE c charging cable provided with the packaging.
- Connect the TYPE C plug to TYPE c charging port on the charging case, then connect the USB plug to a USB port on a computer or wall adapter to begin charging.
- The Red colour LED on the charging case will be on during charge.
- Once fully charged, the Red colour LED will be off.
NOTE:
- You must select a qualified charger from a regular manufacturer.
- You must charge the charging case and earbuds if it has been not used for more than 6 months.

FAQ
If the wireless earbuds cannot be paired with your device, please try the following:****
Ensure that your earbuds are in pairing mode or reconnection mode
Ensure that Bluetooth search function of your mobile device is activated.
If the wireless earbuds will not turn on:****
Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.
Make sure the protective stickers are removed from the Earbuds
Can I change the battery for the earbuds and the charging case?****
The wireless earbuds and the charging case use a built-in non-detachable battery which cannot be removed.
If the charging case cannot be recharged:****
If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works. If you use a computer, ensure that it is connected and the USB port is powered.
Safety instructions for the lithium battery and charging the product
– The input voltage to the product is 5V 1A.
– In order to charge the product in safe manner and reliable conditions,
please only adopt certified appropriate charger/ adapter for charging the
product.
– Only charge the product at ambient temperatures between 10 deg °C/ 50 deg °F
and 40 deg °C/104 deg °F.
– Do not heat above 70 deg °C/158 deg °F, eg. Do not expose to sunlight or
throw into fire.
– Switch off the product after use.
– Please note that we won’t take any responsibility for any wrong operation
(eg. Voltage higher than 5V) as this may result in severe injury or loss of
property, and we cannot control the operating process during the time the user
using this product.
– In extreme cases, abuse or misuse of Lithium battery pack can lead to
explosion, heat generation, fire development or smoke development.
