The MG-PRO691C-04 / MG-PRO691C-7-04 Configurable Double Half Rack is designed for training efficiency. It includes adjustable safety arms, j-hooks, and straight chin bars. Optional weight horns and/or storage shelves can be added to create a variety of storage solutions. The J-hooks are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) to protect bar knurling from scratches. The rack is available in both 7′ and 8′ heights.

MAGNUM SERIES
Magnum Series Chin Bar:
The Magnum Series Chin Bar can be used between the weight storage uprights
inside a rack as an added chin bar or as stability ball storage. It is only
available in Matte Black.

70 Straight Chin Bar:
The 70 Straight Chin Bar is used for connecting racks side-to-side or back-to-
back. It can be used on the PRO691C 8′ double half rack only and is available
only in Matte Black.

42 Pull-up Station XT-4-PU:
The 42 Pull-up Station XT-4-PU adds an additional pull-up bar and works
with XR35 for added training variety. If attached to the rear of the rack, or
if bands or straps are used, the rack must be bolted down. It can be used on
the PRO691C 8′ double half rack only and is available only in Matte Black.

J-Hooks:
The J-Hooks are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to protect bar

Adjustable Safety Arms:
The Adjustable Safety Arms provide added security during a variety of lifts.

Boom Arm:
The Boom Arm is used to hold heavy bags or suspension straps. It can be used
on the PRO691C 8′ double half rack only. The rack must be bolted down to use
this option and it is available only in Matte Black.
Pad:
The Pad allows the user to perform multiple single leg exercises. It can be
used with a bench to perform Glute/Ham exercises and is available only in
Matte Black.
Rope Training Anchor Point:
The Rope Training Anchor Point is used for rope training as an anchor
point. It is available in both Matte Black and Chrome.
Dip Bar:
The Dip Bar is used for body-weight dips. It must be used off the front of the
rack, unless the rack is bolted down. It is available only in Matte Black.
Rotational Training Handle:
The Rotational Training Handle is used for rotational training.
It is available only in Matte Black.
Rotational Training Handle (with lower rubber bumper):
The Rotational Training Handle with lower rubber bumper is used for rotational
training and has a lower rubber bumper to protect flooring. It requires
additional lead-time and is available only in Ridge Black.
Overhead Ball Work Attachment:
The Overhead Ball Work Attachment is used for overhead ball work. It can be
used on the PRO691C 8′ double half rack only and is available only in Matte
Black.

Product Usage Instructions
To use the MG-PRO691C-04 / MG-PRO691C-7-04 Configurable Double Half Rack, follow these instructions:
- Ensure the rack is securely assembled and in a stable position.
- Adjust the safety arms to the desired height for added security during lifts.
- Add weight horns and/or storage shelves if desired for storage solutions.
- Attach the J-hooks to the rack to hold the barbell securely.
- If using the Magnum Series Chin Bar, place it between the weight storage uprights or use it for stability ball storage.
- If using the 70 Straight Chin Bar, connect the racks side-to-side or back-to-back and attach the chin bar to the PRO691C 8′ double half rack only.
- If using the 42 Pull-up Station XT-4-PU, attach it to the PRO691C 8′ double half rack only and ensure the rack is bolted down if attached to the rear or when using bands or straps.
- Use the adjustable height platform for additional body-weight exercises.
- If using the Boom Arm, ensure the rack is bolted down and attach the arm to hold heavy bags or suspension straps.
- Place the Pad on the rack to perform single leg exercises or use it with a bench for Glute/Ham exercises.
- Use the Rope Training Anchor Point for rope training as an anchor point. Choose between Matte Black and Chrome options.
- If using the Dip Bar, ensure it is used off the front of the rack unless the rack is bolted down.
- Use the Rotational Training Handles for rotational training.
- If using the Rotational Training Handle with lower rubber bumper, ensure it is used for rotational training and note that it requires additional lead-time. It is available only in Ridge Black.
- If using the Overhead Ball Work Attachment, attach it to the PRO691C 8′ double half rack only for overhead ball work.
