Product Information

The product is the POLMINOR, a bellows-type manual duster with a capacity of 2 liters. It is made of first-class materials and has a polypropylene tank. The duster is equipped with a rigid outlet pipe with a spreader and a wide filler mouth with a threaded cover.

Product Usage Instructions

Mount the outlet pipe (Ref. 8.03.06.307) on the tank and attach the spreader (Ref. 8.03.06.306) to the end of the pipe.
Pour the powder to be dusted into the tank, ensuring that the tank lid (Ref. 8.42.20.317) is properly closed before starting work.
In the working position, make sure that the tank cover is to the left of the user.
Avoid tipping the bellows downwards, as this may cause the outlet pipe to become clogged.

STARTING-UP

Mount the outlet pipe (224) on the tank and the spreader on the end of the pipe.
Pour the powder to be dusted into the tank, ensuring that the cover is properly closed before starting work.
In the working position, the tank cover should be to the left of the user. Try not to tip the bellows downwards, as the outlet pipe might become clogged.

MAINTENANCE

MOST FREQUENT MALFUNCTIONS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS

The tank and product circuits must be cleaned after each day’s work.
Should the bellows (489) break, replace it. Just remove the two flanges (487) securing it and fit the new bellows.

SAFETY STANDARDS FOR HANDLING PHYTO-SANITARY PRODUCTS

Storage. Store products in an exclusive area. This should be well ventilated, locked and out of reach of children and animals. Keep products in their original packaging.
Preparation of product. Check that the product and treatment equipment are not out of date, and are in good condition. Read and follow the instructions on product labels and in manuals. After preparation, wash your hands and face.Dispose properly of empty packages and leftover product.
Performing treatment. Use suitable protective equipment. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, and do not eat, drink or smoke.
After treatment. *Throughtly clean the treatment machinery. “Wash yourself and your clothes.
Advice in case of poisoning. Go to the doctor with the product label, or take the affected person to the nearest hospital. Do not use home remedies, and in all cases wash the affected skin areas with plenty of cool water.
General precautions. *Strictly follow the norms on the labels of products marked “dangerous” and poisonous”. Comply with the application time and expiry date of each product.

Our goods are guaranteed against any manufacturing or material defect, counting from the date on which they are purchased by the user.
This guarantee is limited strictly to the replacement free of charge of parts recognized as faulty by our departments.

Transport costs of parts under guarantee, as well as labour not carried out at our works, is payable by the user.
To make use of the guarantee, the part for which the claim is made should be sent to us free of transport costs, together with the guaranteed voucher to be found in the packaging, properly completed.
