Product Usage Instructions
The Aerofresh 280 HRV is a compact, energy-efficient heat recovery ventilation system designed for in-ceiling installations. It is suitable for horizontal ceiling or false-ceiling mounted installations.
To create a healthier and well-ventilated indoor space, follow these steps:
- Install the Aerofresh 280 HRV system in the desired location, ensuring it is properly secured.
- Connect the unit to the necessary ducting using the 4 X 150mm spigots provided.
- Ensure proper condensate connection is made for tube connection.
- Connect the unit to a power source with a voltage of 220-240 V EC.
- Position the internal grilles or insulated ducting according to your installation requirements.
- Use the included Aerofresh 280 Controller to set the desired ventilation settings. The controller features a multi-function remote control panel with an LCD display.
- Monitor the sound levels and adjust the ventilation speed based on your preferences.

IN-CEILING HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATION SYSTEM
The Aerofresh 280 is a compact, energy efficient heat recovery ventilation system that is well suited to horizontal ceiling or false-ceiling mounted installations. Aerofresh provides a healthier, well ventilated indoor space with simple and quiet operation. It recovers thermal energy from the exhausted air of wet rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms that would otherwise be lost. This heat is then transferred to the fresh, filtered supply air drawn in from outside.
It is achieved by using a highly efficient counter-flow heat exchanger with up to 80% efficiency.

How it works
