**Charge the Remote and the Receiver Collar

Set Up**

Please use the Output: DC 5V 0.5~1A charger fo charge the product.

A moving battery baron the led  remote is charging, sois the red light fo the receiver

When fully charged, the red of the remote indicates the light becomes green and 3  battery bars tum to still.

  1. For the initial charge, be sure to charge them for 4 hours. Subsequent charges only take 2-3 hours.
  2. Please put the rubber cover back after you unplug the cord from the receiver’s charging port.

Warning: Excessive charging will shorten battery life. Only charge them when batteries are low.

Prepare the Receiver (when shock is needed)

Short Haired Dog
Use the Test Light to install the contact points and make sure they’re secure enough. The rubber cap is friendly to dog’s sin, but wil affect the effect of shock, You can choose whether fo assemble.

Long/Thick Haired Dog
Use contact points along with Contact Spring Sheet which can effectively contact the dog’s skin and conduct the shock.

Adjust the Spring Sheet’s  Width
The Spring Sheet is thin and easily broken. Do not bend it when it’s fixed. If you have to adjust the width, loose it first and adjust it from the fip.

Turn On The Remote

Turn On The Remote

Long press the ON/OFF button fotun the < remote ON. LCD will be lit showing the curment channel, battery power and level.

Long press the ON/OFF button fo tum the remote OFF.

Turn on the Receiver Colar

Press fhe On/Off Button, the Green LED light comes out. In normal mode, the Green LED will flash every 4 seconds, indicating the Receiver is on and ready fo receive signals from the Remote. Press and hold the Receiver On/Off Button until the Red LED light flashes quickly and shuts off. (This takes approximately 3 seconds.)

Note: To extend the battery life, please tum the receiver collar off when it is not in use.

Beep Test

Beep Test

A press on the Beep button will deliver a beep with non-adjustable volume to the receiver.

Vibration Test

Vibration Test

A press on the Vibration button will deliver a vibration with non-adjustable intensity fo the receiver.

SHOCK TEST

Shock Test

Put the test lamp vertically on the contact points and make sure the metal wire in the test lamp has direct contact with the top of the points. Press the Shock button to send a shock to the receiver, the test light will be lit. The light changes ifs brightness accordingly with the Shock Level adjusted from 1-16.

How To Find The Best Shock Level For Your Dog

We recommend you fo experience some lower levels first hand on yourself, in case shock is needed in your future dog training Since the shock can be affected by low battery or improper collar wearing. Knowing how strong the shock is can avoid hurting your dog when you find if’s not responding and work the way up.

  1. Press to decrease level fill level 1 Then touch 2 contact points simultaneously and press the shock button.
  2. Stop increasing the level when you feel uncomfortable.
  3. Continuous shock wil transmit for 10 continuous seconds at most. To reactivate, release and repress the button.
  4. tis nof recommended fo press and hold the Vibrafion/Shock Button too long, o avoid physical or psychological hurt fo the dog.
  5. In order fo reduce power consumption, the receiver collar wil automatically sleep when there is no operation for 24 hours. Press the ON/OFF button of the receiver collar again to exit sleep mode.

Pair the Remote and the Receiver Collar

(Only when the product lost the pairing or you need fo pair for a second collar.)

  1. Turn on the remote and use the channel conversion switch to select a channel.

  2. Press and hold the On/Off Button until the Red LED light flashes quickly and shuts off. (This takes approximately 3 seconds.)

  3. Press and hold the ON/OFF Button on the Receiver Collar for 4-5 seconds, the Red & Green LED will blink intermittently for about 10 seconds indicating that it s readly for pairing.

  1. Press and hold Shock Button and Vibration Button at the same time for 2-3 seconds, the Green Led on the Receiver Collar will blink 5 times indicating successful pairing.

Dog Training

Collar Fitting
Skin contact is crucial for the effectiveness of the shock function. Please fit the collar properly so that the Contact Points press firmly against the dog’s skin. When properly fitted, you should be able o put a finger in between the Receiver Collar and dog’s neck.

Too loose:
The receiver collar will move around the dog’s neck.
As aresult, the dog may not respond well o the command while the contact points may hurt the dog’s skin. Too

fight: It may cause the dog breathing hard.

Caution

  1. Do not shave the pet’s neck as this may increase the risk of skin irritation.
  2. The collar should not be worn for more than 12 hours per day. Or it may cause skin imitation.

Find the Best Shock Level for Your Pet
The unit comes with Up and Down buttons to confrol the Shock Level, with Level 1 being the lowest level and Level 16 being the highest. The level of Shock best suited for your dog depends on your dog’s temperament and threshold for Shock. Always start at the lowest level and work your way up. The appropriate level can be found when the dog responds to the Shock with a mild reaction, such as a flick of the ear, a lick of the lips. a tensing of the neck muscles etc. The Shock Level may vary depending on the training situation. When highly distracted, dogs will require a higher level of Shock.

: While the Vibration/Shock is unpleasant, it is harmless to your pet. Electronic fraining devices require interaction and training from the owner to achieve desired results.


Q: How old does my pet have fo be before using the Remote Training Collar?

Q: Once my pet s trained and has been obeying my commands, will he have o

continue fo wear the Recelver Collar?

A: Probably not. You may need to reinforce fraining with the Receiver Collar from fime fo fime. If your dog doesn't need training reinforcement over 3 months, please charge the receiver and the remote about every 3 months fo maintain the battery.

Q: Is the Receiver Collar waterproof?

Yes. But the Remote is not waterproof. Please always keep it away from water

: How long can 1 continuously deliver Vibration /Shock to my pet?

A: The maximum amount of fime the receiver can deliver Vibration/ Shock to your pet contimuously is 10 seconds. After this, there's o time-out and Vibration/Shock cannot be delivered for 5 seconds. After the 5 second fime-out period, Vibration/shock can be delivered again.

Troubleshooting Guide

The Reciecer Colllar will not turn on

  1. Make sure the Receiver Collar has been charged. For the inifial charge. be sure fo charge it for 4 hours. Subsequent charges only take 2-3 hours
  2. Check if your receiver is able to fake charge. Well plugged in the charger, see if the red light on the receiver comes out or fums to green. If the red light doesn’t come out or fum fo green, contact support feam.
  3. Try different outles or chargers fo check if the charging device is workable.
  4. 1f the receiver can be charged normally, help confirm if you can hear the click when the button is pushed

No shock function / My pet does not res ‘d when | press a button

  1. Make sure the Contact points or the Contact Spring Sheet is in contact with the dog’s skin and not blocked by hair.
  2. Make sure the Receiver Collar has been tumed on.
  3. f the range has reduced from the first fime you used the Remote Training Collar, the battery(s) may be low in Ieither the Remote or Receiver Collar.
  4. The distance between the fransmitter and the receiver is too far, or blocked by metal objects
  5. Test the Receiver Collar. Refer fo “Funcfion Test” for details.
  6. Increase the Shock Level. Maybe ihe level is too low for the dog fo feel.

The Receiver Collar is not respinding to the Remote

  1. Make sure the Receiver Collaris on.
  2. f the Indicator Light does not come on when any button is pressed on the remote, ensure that the remote is on and has enough batteries.
  3. If the first two solutions did not resolve your problem, Refer fo “Pair the Remote and the Receiver Collar”

The Receiver ar or The Remote cannot be charged

  1. Checkif the output voltage of the adapter or USB port which the chorging cable s connected fo i V. For the safety, the device won’ fake chorge when the voltage s higher than 5V.
  2. Checkif there s dirt or rust in fhe charging hole, fry to clean
  3. Moke sure that the charger and charging cable are not damaged or broken.
  4. If the battery is completely consumed and the device is stored for too long,
  5. when recharging, it will fake a few more minutes before fhe decive displays the charging sfatus. When the temperature s below 0 degrees Celsius, the charging speed will be slower.

Warranty and repair information –

1-Year Limited Lifetime Warranty

The original purchaser for this unitis provided with 1-YEAR WARRANTY The warranty begins from the date of purchase. For the fist year, coverage is for both Parts and Labor on warranty repair services. Accessories such as straps and batteries are covered for the first year only. Afferthe first year, the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers Parts only and does not cove Labor Fees and Accessories. Al shipping fees incurred, the cost of Accessories affer the fist year, and Labor fees associated with out of warranty repair work, are the customer’s responsibity. Labor fees will be variable depending on the extent of the work required. The Limited Lifefime Warranty expires 5 years after a model is disconfinued from production.

To Qualify for the Warranty

Al products must provided a proof of purchase is required to inifiate repair work under warranty. We strongly recommend keeping the original receipt. If a proof of purchase is not available at the fime of service, we wil estimate the age of unit by the serial number. Serial number esfimates can differ from the actual purchase date. A serial number esfimate s the only method of defermining an approximate date of purchase without a proof of purchase. S

Not Covered Under Warranty

We DO NOT offer warranty for products that have been bought secondhand oras a resold product. We DO NOT replace defective units or provide refunds for products purchased from us after 30 days from the date of purchase. Issues of replacement and refunds on units purchased less than 30 days from an authorized dealer must be addressed fo the dealer directly. If the products purchased from an authorized dedler are affer 30 days from the date of purchase, please send the unifs to us for service and repair. We DO NOT cover the cost of repairs and replacements due fo misuse by the owner or  dog, improper maintenance, and/or lost units. Any water damage on the Water Resistant remote and the Water Resistant Receiver of our product series will not be covered. All replacement costs for either the remote or receiver will be the owner’s responsibility. The warranty is void if the unit has been altered or an unauthorized person has damaged the unit while attempting repair work. We reserve the right forefain and discard any parts or accessories that have been found damaged upon replacement and repar.

If the unit is malfunctioning, please refer fo the “Troubleshooting Guide” in the quick start before sending it back for Service. The cost of shipping products under warranty back is the customer’s responsibilty. We are not responsible for units damaged or lost in fransition. We are not responsible for loss of fraining fime or inconvenience while the unitis in for repair work. We do not provide loaner unis or any form of compensation during the repair period. A copy of the sales receiptshowing the purchase date may be required before warranty work is inifiated.
