Function Introduction

1. After connecting the power supply, the charging board enter the standby state.
2. 3pcs charging board are connected to each other by magnetic tips
3. Put the smart phone, smart watch and wireless headphone into the charging area of wireless charger.
4. When the interface of the phone shows charging, or the lights of the smartwatch and wireless headphone light up, it means the device is charging.

Precautions for Use

Please pay attention to the following issues, otherwise it may cause abnormal charging, high charging temperature intermittent charging, or even not charging.

1. Compatible with devices such as Apple and Samsung.
   Note: Devices must support wireless charging standards.

2. Please put the phone/watch at the center of charge area.

3. We recommend fast charger adapter(9V / 2A), which can charge three devices at the same time while maintaining the fastest speed.
   The 5V / 2A charger can only provide a normal charging speed, which will be slower than a fast charger.

4. The charging distance is 2-8 mm, please don’t wear protective case which is over 3mm thickness.

5. The watch has charging over-temperature protection When the temperature reaches 104 °F, it will stop charging automatically.
   If the temperature is normal, it will continue to charge.

6. No metal magnetic objects around 6cm of the back center of the phone during charging.

7. The lower temperature, the faster charging speed. the charging speed is faster in winter than in summer.

8. Please don’t charge in high temperature and humid environments to avoid damage of circuit.

9. Put it at the place that children can’t reach to avoid unnecessary accidents.

Troubleshooting

1. Update the device to the latest system.
2. Make sure your device supports wireless charging
3. Make sure to use the original charging cable and adapter.
4. Avoid use thick device protective case.
5. Avoid high ambient temperature. Optimal temperature is 82-86 °F.
6. When the phone or watch cannot be fully charged, try the following: Open [Settings] – [Battery Health] – [Turn off battery optimization].
7. When the earphones are exhausted and cannot be charged, please take out the earphones and charge the storage compartment separately.
8. When the blue light flashes, indicating abnormal charging, please check whether there are foreign objects around.
