Please ensure that you have all the parts listed below before proceeding with the assembly of this product
- A. 75 Litre plasfic tray (xl) ?–
- B. Rear axle (xl)
- C. Front chassis (xl)
- D. Front axle/steering (xl)
- E. Rear support (xl)
- F. Rear support(xl)
- G. Lock mechanism (xl)
- H. Inflatable wheel (x4)
- I. Handle (xl)
- J. Lifting frame(xl)
- K. bolt (xl)
Tools required for assembly: Large flat head screwdriver, large cross head screwdriver, adjustable spanner or socket set.
- Place the plastic tray (A) upside down onto a flat surface ready to begin the assembly process.
- Attach the rear axle (B) to the plastic tray (A) using 2x bolts (b ), 2x washers (d) and 2x nuts (c).
- Slot the rear supports, parts (E) and (F) over the axle pole of part (B) then attach to tray (A) using 2x bolts (b), 2x washers (d) and 2x nuts (c).
- Attach the lock mechanism (G) to the plastic tray (A) using 4x bolts (b), 4x washers (d) and 4x nuts (c). 2x on the top and 2x on the front.
- Attach the Lifting frame and chassis (C/D/J) to the front of the plastic tray (A) using 2x bolts (b), 2x washers (d) and 2x nuts (c) as shown above.
- Attach the front axle chassis unit (C/D) to lifting frame 0) using bolt (K)
- Attach 1 x Wheel (H) to one of the axles on either part (B/C) us g 1 x washer (f) and 1x pin (e).
- Attach the remaining 3 wheels (H) in the same way that the first wheel (H) was attached in step 7.
- Attach the handle (I) using nut (c), washer (d) and bolt (g) to part (C/D) as shown above.
- Whilst still upside down, ensure that all the nuts and bolts are secure before turning over and using.
- Ensure that the tyres are correctly inflated (max.30PSI).
- The garden cart is now complete and ready for use.
