FINTIE Surface Pro 8 Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard

Product Information

The Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad is designed for use with Surface Pro 8 and Surface Pro X. It features a Bluetooth connection, backlight functionality (only for keyboards with backlight), sleep mode, and a rechargeable lithium polymer battery.

Pairing Instructions:

1. Switch the power switch ON to turn on the keyboard. The power indicator will light up for 2-3 seconds.
2. Press the Fn+ keys together to enter pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator will flash blue.
3. Activate the Bluetooth function on your device.
4. Locate and select “Fintie EB335” in your Bluetooth menu. The Bluetooth indicator will turn off after successful pairing.

Notes:

• Only one device can be actively paired at a time.
• After successful pairing, your device will automatically reconnect to the keyboard when it is switched on.
• In case of connection failure, delete the pairing record from your device and try the pairing instructions again.

Backlight Guide:
(Only for Keyboard with backlight)

Additional Information:

• When the battery is below 20%, the backlight will automatically turn off.
• The backlight won’t work until the keyboard is paired with your device.

Sleep Mode:
The keyboard will enter sleep mode after remaining idle for 10 minutes. To wake the keyboard, press any key and wait for 3 seconds.

Charging:

1. Plug the USB-C end of the charging cable into the keyboard and the other USB end into your preferred USB charger. (USB charger is not included.)
2. When charging, the power indicator will turn red. It takes around 4 hours for a full charge.

Product Overview:
The Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad has various keys and functions, including volume control, media playback, brightness adjustment, screenshot capture, cursor control, page navigation, lock screen, power display, touchpad control, and more.

Set up your keyboard:

1. Magnetic absorption

Touchpad:
To disable the touchpad mode, press the Fn + keys. Press the Fn + keys again to enable the touchpad mode. The touchpad supports left-click and right-click actions.

Pairing Instructions

• Step 1. Switch Power switch ON to turn your keyboard on. The Power indicator will light up for 2-3 seconds.
• Step 2. Press the “Fn+ ” keys together to enter pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator will flash blue.
• Step 3. Activate the Bluetooth function on your device.
• Step 4. Locate and select “Fintie EB335” in your Bluetooth menu. The Bluetooth indicator will turn off after your device has paired successfully.

Backlight Guide

Backlight Guide (Only for Keyboard with backlight)

1. Backlight ON/OFF Key
   1st Press| Turn the light on
   ---|---
   2nd Press| Increase the brightness
   3rd Press| Turn the light off
2. + ﹀/︿ to change the backlight colors. (7-color backlit)
3. When the battery is below 20%, the backlight will automatically turn off.
4. The backlight won’t work until the keyboard is paired with your device.

Touchpad Gesture

Set up the Sensitivity of Touchpad
Settings > Accessibility > Mouse pointer and touch > Mouse > Additional mouse settings > Pointer Options > Move “Select a pointer speed” to fast, tick “Enhance pointer precision”.

Trouble Shooting

If your device doesn’t respond to the keyboard, try the following steps:

1. Restart your device.
2. Switch the keyboard off and back on.
3. Delete the Bluetooth keyboard from the search list, then follow the instruction and try to connect again.
4. If your keyboard does not establish or maintain a Bluetooth connection, reset the Bluetooth module by charging the keyboard.
5. If your keyboard does not operate correctly after charging, please contact the authorized retailer.

Safety Tips

• Keep away from sharp objects.
• Do not disassemble the product.
• Dispose of battery according to local laws.
• Do not place heavy objects on the keyboard.
• Keep the product away from oils, chemicals, and organic liquids.
• Use only a damp, soft cloth, like microfiber, to wipe the keyboard.

Warranty

This Bluetooth keyboard is covered with Fintie parts and labor warranty for 90 days from date of the original purchase. If the device fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact the seller immediately to launch a warranty claim.

The following are excluded from Fintie’s warranty coverage:

• Device purchased as 2nd hand or used.
• Damage resulted from natural disasters.
• Damage due to improper use or normal wear and tear.
• Device purchased from unauthorized retailer or distributor.
• Damage resulted from chemicals, fire, radioactive substances, poison, and liquid.

We’re only able to provide after-sales services for purchases made directly from Fintie. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them for any exchange or refund requests. Please note that unauthorized reselling of Fintie products is prohibited.
