After connecting the dash cam to your fuse box using our dash cam hardwire kit, please ensure that the Time Lapse Recording or conventional recording is activated; otherwise, it will not record after you power off your vehicle.

Can’t record 24 hours?

A mini USB hardwire kit is needed for this function. Q4 support 24-hour parking monitoring only when it is connected to a type C hardwire kit (not included in the package),

Can't see rear camera/rear camera not record?

Please check all the cable is firmly connected, if the issue is still after you firmly connect the cable, please contact us for help. We will try our best to help you with this issue.

It is caused by the collision sensing. Built-in 3-axis impact gravitational accelerometer, the video files will be locked and stored automatically when the collision sensor is triggered by emergency shock or collision, ensuring your most important footage is kept protected. We suggest you set the collision setting to “LOW” level in the camera settings.

Can I monitor my car remotely?

Q4 is unable to stream footage over the cloud or the internet. It is not a cloud or IP camera, nor it is intended to be. As long as you are within 10 feet of your dash cam, you can get live feed and footage on Peztio APP.

The video only have sound but no image?

Please google 'VLC Player', download and install it for free, this issue happens when your original player doesn't support the video format of the dash cam. So please use VLC Player to play the.

If you turn off the engine, does it stop recording?

Yes, it will stop since the power source is your car. You can install a spare battery or look up online how you can run it while the car is turned off. Overall, it’s pretty good. I may also look up some options to keep recording while the car is turned off.

Does the rear camera handle weather if mounted outside by licesne plate?

Yes, the rear camera can be mounted outside by the license plate. It is waterproof.

Will this interfere with wireless CarPlay?

Yes, they can't be used at the same time, because both carplay and camera realize data transmission through wifi connection. Therefore, select one of the devices to connect, and the other device needs to be disconnected.

Why cant i view the videos in my file if the car is completly turned off ?

The files need to be downloaded to your phone first prior to viewing. Otherwise, the files are all in the dash cam’s memory card.

Can you use this with a cigarette lighter plug?

Yes, this dash cam front and rear can use with a cigarette lighter plug. The package comes with a USB Cigarette lighter plug.

Does this recoed video of traffic behind you simultaneously ?

Yes, this dash cam will record the front and rear area simultaneously. Just make sure you plug in the rear camera when you are installing.

Does this camera removable?

It's not detachable, but they give you a little transparent sticker that you can put in between the double-sided tape on the camera and your windshield. Which leaves no marks when you remove it. Just replace the double-sided tape and you're good to go again.
