Telltale Lights
Hill start assist
Indicates hill start assist malfunction. This feature may not be available.
Check
Indicates a problem has been detected and must be checked at the next stop.
This notification may be accompanied with a message in the DID and a
diagnostic troubleshooting code will be stored to aid in identifying the
problem.
Tire pressure monitoring system warning
Indicates a high tire temperature condition or incorrect tire inflation
pressure.
Low DEF
Illuminates when there is less than 2.6 gallons (10 liters) of DEF remaining.
Aftertreatment system (MIL)
Indicates a failure of an emission control device. May illuminate at the same
time as the CHECK amber warning light. The lamp will go out after 3 completed
ignition on-ride-ignition off cycles. Vehicle can be driven to end of shift.
Intake air preheater on – wait before starting
Illuminates when the intake air preheater element is activated. Wait until
this telltale light has turned off before starting the engine.
Alternators/charging system
Indicates a malfunction of the charging system or a low battery voltage
condition.
Lane departure warning disabled
Lane tracking not available.
Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)
Indicates ABS is not available or is malfunctioning. ABS is available over 4
mph (7 km/h); the indicator will remain illuminated until the coach reaches
that speed.
Trailer Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)
Illuminates when trailer ABS is unavailable or malfunctioning.
Electronic Stability Control – ESC
Flashes quickly when ESC or TCS intervenes to reduce risk of loss of control.
Flashes slowly when TCS mud/snow mode is engaged.
Traction Control System (TCS)
Flashes slowly when TCS mud/snow mode is engaged. Flashes quickly when TCS
intervenes to reduce risk of loss of control.
DPF regeneration
Illuminates to notify the driver that a manual stationary regeneration will be
required soon.
High Exhaust System Temperature (HEST)
Illuminates to notify the driver of potentially hazardous exhaust gas
temperature at the exhaust system diffuser.
DPF regeneration process is inhibited
Telltale Lights
Driver’s seat belt reminder light and warning buzzer
When equipped with a seat belt buckle switch, warns the driver to fasten
his/her seat belt.
Stop
Indicates that a serious problem has been detected. Immediately park the coach
in a safe place and stop the engine. WARNING: Failure to take necessary action
when the STOP telltale light is on can ultimately result in automatic engine
derate and shutdown.
Parking brake or emergency brake applied
Illuminates when the emergency or parking brake is applied. An audible alert
will sound if ignition is turned to OFF and the parking brake is not engaged.
High beam
Illuminates when the high beams are selected. High and low beams are selected
with the headlights & flashers stalk.
Turn signal indicators
Flash when left or right turn signals are activated using the headlights &
flashers stalk on the steering column.

Infotainment Screen

Driver Dashboard Radio

Phone
Open the Phone App. -
Back
Exit the current screen and open the previous screen. -
Home
Return to the main home screen. -
Menu/settings
Open the menu related to the current screen. Whenthe System is on the Home screen, the Menu button opens the “System Settings” menu. -
Volume/power
Rotate to increase/decrease Volume. Press Knob to turn ON/OFF the Radio. -
Display and button brightness adjustment, reduce.

Display and button brightness adjustment, increase.

Eject
Ejects disc from CD slot.
Audio-Video Selector for the Passenger’s Area

Power
Turns on/off the unit. -
Volume knob
Increases or decreases the sound output level. Changes the selected setting. -
Front display
Shows information about the operational status of the unit. -
SD memory card slot
-
Menu
a. Press MENU to enter menu.
b. In menu, rotate VOLUME knob or short press or to reach the appropriate function.
c. Short press POWER button or to select the function.
d. Short press on any program source button will exit menu. -
Radio
Selects the dashboard radio as current audio source for the passenger’s area. -
Audio in
Selects the auxiliary 3.5 mm port as current audio source. -
DVD
Selects DVD Player as current audio/video source. -
TV
Selects the female HDMI cable connection coming from the back of the parcel rack HDMI switch as currentaudio/video source (standard on H3 Series, optional on X3 Series). -
Video in
Press VIDEO IN to select an auxiliary video input as current audio/video source. Press VIDEO IN to select the optional modesty panel HDMI connection as current audio/video source. -
Cam
a. Press CAM button to select the optional panoramic view camera signal. The video bar of the VSS06 front display will show “CAM”. The video monitors turn on automatically.
b. Press CAM button again to turn off the panoramic view camera and return to previous audio/video source. -
Bluetooth
Selects the connected Bluetooth device audio streaming content as current audio source. -
Unite removal tool insertion hole (x4)

Selects the device connected via the USB port as current audio/video source. -
SD memory card
Selects the SD card content as current audio/video source. -

Operating the Wheelchair Lift and Remote
- Power enable switch – Provides power to the pendant and enables the lift.
- Deploy – Platform moves outward from lift compartment.
- Stow – Platform lowers toward ground level. Bridgeplate automatically rises when platform drops below floor level.
- Down – Platform lowers toward ground level. Bridgeplate automatically rises when platform drops below floor level.
- Up – Platform rises toward vehicle floor level. Bridgeplate automatically lowers when platform arrives at floor level.
Deploy platform
Press and hold Deploy button until platform is completely extended from lift
compartment.
Note: Platform cannot be moved up or down unless platform is fully
extended.
Lower platform
Press and hold Down button until platform contacts ground. Verify that
bridgeplate is in upright position. Deploy each handrail by lifting up and
outward to a vertical position and then pushing down to lock into place.
Carefully place wheelchair in center of platform, preferably facing outward
(away from vehicle), and lock wheelchair brakes. Pull safety belt from
retractor on handrail and fasten to other handra
Raise platform
Note: These two steps apply only to F9TF models that stop upward platform
movement at an intermediate level.
- Partially raise platform – Press and hold Up button until platform stops at intermediate height.
- Open vehicle door – Fully open vehicle sliding door located above lift. The lift operator or attendant should do this.
For other models
Press and hold Up button until platform stops at floor height and bridgeplate
lowers onto vehicle floor. Release wheelchair brakes, and carefully board
passenger into vehicle.
