USER MANUAL

Warm Tips

1. Please check the battery on a regular basis to prevent the battery from leakage.

2. Please carry the mechanical key, do not put itin the house; in case of any emergent situation, please remove the battery and put it away when not in use for a long. time.

3. When it alarms for the low voltage, please replace the battery of the same type and pay attention to the installation of positive and negative poles. Do not mix the old and new batteries.

4. After the voltage is lower than 4.8V, when you unlock the door every time, the lock will automatically alarm. The door can be unlocked 200 times after it starts to alarm for low voltage, otherwise, the unlocking will be delayed.
   Please be sure to replace the new battery before reaching the threshold value (200 times) after the door starts to alarm for low voltage.

5. When the error password is input for more than 6 times successively, the keyboard will be locked for 1 minute, during which the system would not make any response to any operation.

6. For each operation, if there is no operation for more than 12 seconds, the system will automatically ext.

7. 300 unlocking information can be entered, which include the password, fingerprint or card. By default, the first 3 (No. 001-003) unlocking information are deemed as the administrator user, and 3 administrators can be set at most.

8. When adding lock information for the first time, it is recommended to add the digital password to prevent the loss of mechanical keys and other extreme cases that the door can not be unlocked.

Battery Replacement and Initialization

Battery Replacement
This product can hold four 1.5V alkaline AAA type cells. When receiving the voice prompt that the system is in low power, please replace the batteries in a timely manner.
Initialization
If the user accidentally forgets the management password, there is an initialization button “Reset” at the rear panel label; in the case of power on, press and hold the initialization button for more than 5 seconds, and when hearing the voice prompt “initialize successfully”, it means that the lock has been initialized successfully.
Note: The operation of the initialization will clear all previous settings, and the default administrator password after initialization is: 123456

Language Switch
Enter”5556668884″ to switch the language, which supports English and Chinese.
Note: the language switching must be completed in the initialized state

Password Peep-Proof Protection
When using the password to open the door, after entering … the actual password … and then pressing ¥ to confirm, you can add some irrelevant codes before and after the actual password to prevent peeping.
Note: The actual password must be continuously and completely included in the contents you entered

Add Administrator Information

1. Press the key area to wake up the same, press the x key and then press the # key.
2. Voice prompt: Please verify the administrator information, enter 123456, press # key to confirm.
3. Upon the successful verification, when hearing the voice prompt: “operate successfully, please add new administrator information”, then enter new administrator password and press # key to confirm. After hearing the voice prompt “please enter again”, the operator shall continue to enter the same password and press # key to confirm, and after completing the above operation, the operator may hear the voice prompt. “001 is added successfully”.
4. The more administrator information can be added continuously, or press X key to exit the settings page.

Note: the new administrator information can be password, fingerprint or card. Itis suggested to add the password for the first time, 00X is the user number
Add User Information

1. Press the key area to wake up the same, press the x key and then press the # key.
2. When hearing the voice prompt: “Please enter the administrator information”, enter the administrator password and press # to confirm.
3. Upon the successful verification, the operator may hear the voice prompt “operate successfully”, then press 1 key to enter the state of adding users.
4. When hearing the voice prompt: “Please enter the unlock information” , enter the new user password and press # to confirm. After hearing the voice prompt: “Please enter the new user password again”, continue to enter the same password and press # to confirm, and then the operator may hear the voice prompt: “00X is added successfully”.
5. More user information can be add continuously, or press the x key to exit the setting page.

Note: The new unlocking information can be password, fingerprint or card, 00Xis the user number

Delete User Information

1. Press the key area to wake up the same, press the x key and then press the # key.
2. When hearing the voice prompt: Please verify the administrator information”, enter the administrator password and press # to confirm.
3. Upon the successful verification, the operator may hear the voice prompt “operate successfully” , then press 2 key to delete the state of adding users.
4. When hearing the voice prompt: “Please enter the deletion number” , then enter the user number to be deleted and press # key to confirm, and then the operator may hear the voice prompt: “delete successfully”.
5. More user information can be deleted continuously, or press X key to exit the setting page.

Always-0On Mode

1. Press the key area to wake up the same, press the x key and then press the # key.
2. When hearing the voice prompt: Please verify the administrator information”, enter the administrator password and press # to confirm.
3. Upon the successful verification, the operator may hear the voice prompt “operate successfully” , then press the 3 key to enter, and the operator hears the voice prompt “the always-on mode is launched” ; after press the 3 key again, the operator hears the voice prompt “the always- on mode is closed” , in which the always-on mode will be closed immediately.

Note: After the always-on mode is launched, the lock will be in the always- on mode for unlocking the door each time. In such a case, the door will notautomatically lock, and shall be unlocked manually – the lock will be closed once
Silent Mode

1. Press the key area to wake up the same, press the x key and then press the # key.
2. When hearing the voice prompt: Please verify the administrator information” , enter the administrator password and press # to confirm.
3. After successful verification, voice prompts “operation success”, then press 4 keys to enter, voice prompts “mute has been opened”, press 4 keys again, voice prompts “mute has been closed” can be Close the mute mode.

Note: After the silent mode is launched, he lock will be in the silent mode for unlocking the door each time

Installation Steps

Note: After the installation is completed, please change the management password in a timely manner

1. According to the hole opened on the door, place the lock body into the door frame, tighten the fixing screws on the lock body.
2. Place the lock cylinder on the lock body hole, and then tighten the screw.
3. Installed the connection screw tube on the front panel, and place the square shaft into the square bar.
4. The square shaft on the front panel shall be aligned with the rotation port on the lock body and insert the connection line through the lock body over the line port, so that the outside handle could be close to the outside of the door.
5. Place the pressure spring and square bar on the rear panelin order, and align the connection line on the front panel with the connection line on the rear panel.
6. Align the square shaft on the rear panel with the corresponding rotation port on the lock body, keep the rear panel against the inner surface of the door, and tighten the 2 screws.
7. Install the battery, put on the rear cover. Unlock the door by the mechanical key, while lifting and pressing the handle to check whether the components are connected intact.

Note:

1. The Wi-Fi version of the door ock only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi; the version without Wi-Fi cannot be connected to the Internet, does not support APP remote unlocking, and does not need to configure the application
2. The door lock cannot be connected to other cell phones after connecting a cell phone
3. The door lock will automatically delete the cell phone connected in the APP after setting initalization
4. Press and hold the added door lock to remove the device

Steps For Connecting APP

1. After the phone is connected to 2.4G Wi-Fi, open the Tuya Smart App, register and log in, then click “Add Device”.
2. Slide down to find “Camera & Lock”, and select “Lock (Wi-Fi)”.
3. Confirm the Wi-Fi name and enter the Wi-Fi password and then click “Next Step”.
4. Gently remove the rear cover from the bottom of the rear panel OPEN▼.
5. Press shortly the initialization button until the blue signal light starts flashing. Note: When the signal light does not flash, please open and close the door lock once, and then continue to step 5
6. Click the orange bar”Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly”, and click to select”EZ Mode “, in the pop-up window.
7. Wait to connect the device, until hearing the voice prompt “operate successfully”.
8. First click on the blue”+”sign, and then click the “Finish” on the upper right corner of which means “connecting successfully”.

Remote Unlocking by APP

Remote Authorization: the visitor enters “9#” on the door lock. The administrator could open the mobile app, select the lockand clicks “agree” before the countdown ends. Then, the door can be unlocked automatically (the countdown would be 5 seconds).

Temporary Password: ‘The administrator opens the  mobile AP, selects the door lock and clicks on “Temporary Password” to select the temporary password type as needed and then sends the temporary password to the visitor, who can open the lock by the temporary password (the temporary password will be valid within 5 minutes).

Unlock The Door With Password

1. Press the key area to light up the keys.
2. Enter the added password to unlock the door, and then press “#” to confirm.
3. After the “Hiss” sound, it may give the voice prompt “00x unlocked”, and then press the handle to unlock the door within.
4. Press the handle to unlock the door within 5 seconds.

Note: Anyirlevant rumberscan be added before and aftr the actualpassword s0 as to eliminate the hidden danger of leakage of the password.
Unlock The Door With Fingerprint

1. Put your finger (of which fingerprint has been added) on the fingerprint collector in the right way. After the “Hiss” sound, it may give the voice prompt “00x unlocked
2. Press the handle to unlock the door within 5 seconds.

Unlock The Door With IC Card

1. Make the user card which have been added close to the card identification area.
2. After the “Hiss” sound, it may give the voice prompt”00x unlocked”
3. Press the handle to unlock the door within 5 seconds.

Mobile Phone NFC Unlock

1. Read the card data by placing the physical IC card near the NFC induction area on the back of the phone, and add the information of the physical IC card to the phone.
2. Make the rear part of the phone which has add the information of the IC card close to the card identification area.
3. After the “Hiss” sound, it may give the voice prompt “00x unlocked”.
4. Press the handle to unlock the door within 5 seconds

Note: For this unction, it requiresthe phone to support the function o NEC. Before the phone read the and add theiinformation of the physical IC card successfull, please do ot move the IC card away, which may lead to add IC card fallure
Unlock The Door With Mechanical key

1. Lock hole s at the bottom of the front panel
2. Insert the ke into the lock hole and turn the key to unlock.

Locking And Double Lock

Short press the “double lock” button on the rear panel, and it will give the voice prompt “The door has been double locked” . At this time, the user in the outdoor can only use the mechanical key or administrator password to unlock the door; then short press again, it will give the voice prompt “The double lock mode has been closed” to close the double lock function.
