INSTALL BATTERY & SET BATTERY MODE

A single-use AA battery is installed by default. The battery mode slider switch is set to “AA”.

  1. To open the battery cover, slip fingertip into the search at the rear of the mouse. Flip open the battery cover
  2. Insert the battery of your choice between a single-use (l.SV AA) or a rechargeable Li-ion battery (3.6V 14500) into the compartment. Please observe the correct polarity when inserting the battery. Place the cover back in position.
  3. Now set battery mode. When a single-use AA battery is inserted, the battery mode slider should be placed at “AA”. If a rechargeable battery is inserted, move the slider to “Li-·on”. The mouse will not turn on or light up if the power mode is selected incorrectly.

RECHARGE BATTERY

This step applies only when a rechargeable battery is inserted.
To recharge at ·Li-ion” mode, connect one end of a USB-C cl1arging cable (not included in the package) to the USB-C port on the mouse and the other end ~o a USB power source.

CAUTION Do not try charging single-use AA batteries. It may cause personal injury.

POWER ON & SET WIRELESS MODE

By default, the wireless mode slider switch is at the “power symbol ( ) which means the power is off. The mouse will power on when the slider is moved to your selected wireless connection mode.

Pair in Bluetooth mode

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your device such as PC/Mac, phone, or tablet.
  2. Move the wireless mode slider switch to ‘Bluetooth symbol ( )” on the bottom of the mouse to turn on the mouse in Bluetooth mode
  3. Press the “pair’ button and hold until the mouse flashes green beneath the scroll wheel. The mouse is now in pairing mode
  4. Your device will display “BTS.O Mouse” and/or “8T3.0 Mouse·. Select pair and your device will connect to the mouse. Pairing with “BTS.O Mouse· is recommended

Pair in USB mode

  1. M. Slide out the USB receiver from its compartment inside of the battery cover. Insert the USB receiver to your computer USB port.
  2. Move the wireless mode slider switch to the “USB symbol on the bottom of the mouse to turn on the mouse in USB mode
  3. After the driver is auto-installed, your device will connect to the mouse.

POWER OFF

When not in use, turn the mouse off by placing a slider at ‘the power symbol . Store the USB receiver in the compartment located inside the battery cover.

POWER SAVINGS MODE

The mouse will automatically go into power savings mode after 30 minutes of inactivity Press any button and wait 2 seconds to wake the mouse

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems/Possible Solutions

The mouse does not turn on without any LED working

  • Check the battery mode slider at the bottom. Battery mode should match with the battery type: AA battery or rechargeable Li-ion battery
  • Check battery level. Green LED flashing once every second below the scroll wheel indicates a low battery level. In this case, replace or recharge the battery

The cursor is too slow, or unmoving

  • Press the DPI switch button to adjust the cursor speed.
  • Check battery level.
  • If you are pairing the mouse with the USB receiver, check whether the USB receiver is securely plugged or try plugging it directly into a USB port on your computer
  • If you are pairing the mouse with Bluetooth, turn off and reconnect the Bluetooth connection between the mouse and your device.
  • Ensure that the sensor is not obstructed or dirty

The cursor is jumpy or moves on its own

  • Try a different surface that the mouse is gliding on Avoid glossy surface
