Welcome to Your HRV Coherence Pro
The HRV Coherence Pro helps you activate a healthy, high-performance state called Heart Coherence, where the heart, mind and emotions are in sync and operating at optimal efficiency.

The sensor measures and analyzes your heart rate variability (HRV), and translates it into a real-time coherence score. This sensor helps you learn what heart coherence feels like and how to increase it.

The Inner Balance App
Your personal coherence trainer to experience more ease, calm, clarity and focus. A few minutes a day can improve mood, decisions, sleep, meditation, intuitive guidance and more.

The Global Coherence App
See and track how much heart coherence you are adding to the global energetic field. Also use to measure team, group or family coherence.

Getting Started

1. Download the Inner Balance app and watch the onboarding video
   App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android, or Amazon appstore for Amazon Fire .

2. Plug the Ear Sensor Cable into the round Ear Sensor Cable Port.

3. Clip the Ear Sensor to your earlobe.

4. Connect to the Inner Balance app:

   • Bluetooth (wireless): Press the Power Button on the Sensor Pod. Press the start button on your app. The app will start scanning. Choose the number that matches the Bluetooth Pairing Number on the back of your Sensor Pod.
   • USB-C (wired): Plug the USB-C Charging/Connector Cable into the rectangular port located below the power button and the other end of the cable into your Android device.

5. Once connected, the white Add Heart Light on the Sensor Pod changes from blinking to solid and the Ring Light around the Power Button begins to pulse blue.

6. Secure the Sensor Pod to your shirt via the metal Clothing Clip.

7. When you complete your session, explore the guides, resources, journaling, tutorials, tracking your progress and much more.

A few notes:

• If the sensor lights do not come on, charge with the included USB-C Charging/-Connector cable (2 hrs = full charge).
• HeartMath apps have a battery power meter to see your device’s charging status.
• Bluetooth is disabled when the sensor is plugged into power.

Warranty Statement

Limited Warranty
The pulse sensor and peripheral accessories are warranted to the original owner for a period of One Year from the date of purchase against defects in manufacturing by HeartMath, and not by the dealer from whom the equipment was purchased.

This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.

What HeartMath will do:
If the pulse sensor develops a defect within the one-year period, the sensor will be repaired or replaced with a new or thoroughly reconditioned and inspected unit. Proof of purchase is required. If proof of purchase is missing or the product was not purchased new, the warranty will be based on the manufacture date of the pulse sensor. For peripheral accessories, a One Year warranty only applies if purchased new and proof of purchase is provided.
