BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

Robot, Tablet, or Base Station not working as they should? Check the following first:

  1. Are the batteries in the Tablet, the Robot, and for the Base Station fully charged?
  2. Is the Robot’s battery seated properly in its compartment? Is the compartment latch locked?
  3. Are the antennas attached to the Base Station and the Robot?
  4. Is the Emergency Stop button engaged? Are the Bumper stop mechanisms engaged?
  5. Is the Tablet connected to the Robot’s WiFi? Is the Robot connected to the App (does the Robot appear in the App)? Is the WiFi blocked?
  6. Is the Tablet receiving a cellular signal? Is Roaming Data turned on? Is the cellular signal strong? Do 4G and R appear above the cell signal indicator on the Tablet?
