Product Information
The product is a single lever mixer for use in shower systems. It has a hot water limiter and can be used with continuous flow water heaters. The operating pressure is a maximum of 1 MPa and the recommended operating pressure is 1.6 MPa. The mixer should only be used for bathing, hygienic, and body cleansing purposes. The shower system must have equal pressure for hot and cold supplies. The mixer should not be used with silicone containing acetic acid and can be used together with hydraulically and thermically controlled continuous flow heaters if the flow pressure is at least 0.15 MPa.
Product Usage Instructions
Before installation, wear protective gloves to prevent crushing and cutting injuries. Use the mixer only for bathing, hygienic, and body cleansing purposes. Make sure that the hot and cold supplies have equal pressures to avoid any issues.
To adjust the hot water limiter on single lever mixers, please refer to page 33. No adjustment is necessary when using a continuous flow water heater. Do not use silicone containing acetic acid. For installation, refer to page 31. For cleaning instructions, refer to the enclosed brochure. The mixer can be used together with hydraulically and thermically controlled continuous flow heaters if the flow pressure is at least 0.15 MPa.
Safety Notes
- Gloves should be worn during installation to prevent crushing and cutting injuries.
- The shower system may only be used for bathing, hygienic and body cleansing purposes.
- The hot and cold supplies must be of equal pressures.
Installation Instructions
- The fitting must be installed, flushed and tested after the valid norms.
- If the instantaneous water heater causes problems or if you wish to increase the water flow, the EcoSmart® (flow limiter) located behind the aerator can be removed.

- Recommended hot water temp.: 65°C
Hansgrohe mixers can be used together with hydraulically and thermically controlled continuous flow heaters if the flow pressure is at least 0,15 MPa.
