Product Usage Instructions
The KPT-44-1 product is used to assemble a refrigeration unit. The following instructions should be followed:
- Refer to the user manual for detailed assembly instructions.
- Identify all the required parts and components from the product packaging.
- Assemble the cabinet frame cover set by attaching the top, under, left, and right frame covers using screws.
- Install the top left and top right hinge kits on the cabinet frame using hinge shafts and springs.
- Attach the bottom hinges on the cabinet frame using screws.
- Install the door assemblies on the cabinet frame by attaching them to the hinges using bolts.
- Install the condenser and evaporator on the back of the cabinet using screws.
- Install the shelves and shelf pilasters on the cabinet frame by inserting them into the slots.
- Attach the clips on the shelf pilasters to secure the shelves in place.
- Install the door gaskets on the door assemblies by pushing them into the grooves.
- Install the caster sets on the bottom of the cabinet frame by attaching them using screws.
- Install the ducts and louvers on the cabinet frame using screws.
- Install the compressor, thermostat kit, and fan motor kit according to the user manual instructions.
- Connect the power cord to the main power source.
- Turn on the refrigeration unit and adjust the temperature using the thermostat control knob.
