Product Information

The product is a lighting fixture that requires assembly and installation. The package includes a mounting plate unit (A), mounting screw (B), wire connector (C), and set screw (D). The fixture requires a maximum of 60W Type ST/Type A vintage bulb, which is not included in the package. The product is designed to be installed on an outlet box and comes with a backplate and a fixture ground wire. The product also includes a spare parts list that can be ordered if any parts are damaged or missing.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting the installation process, turn off the power at the fuse or circuit box to avoid the risk of electrical shock.
  2. Unscrew the two set screws (D) and remove the mounting plate unit (A) from the backplate.
  3. Attach the mounting plate unit (A) to the outlet box using two mounting screws (B). Ensure that the two set holes are lined up horizontally to make the fixture level.
  4. Connect the house ground wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate unit (A). Connect the fixture ground wire to the wire connector (C).
  5. Attach the backplate of the fixture to the mounting plate unit (A) by aligning the holes and securing the two set screws (D) from the side hole of the backplate into the hole in the side of the mounting plate unit (A).
  6. Install two 60W max. medium base bulbs (not included). Check the relamping label at the socket area or packaging for the maximum wattage allowed.
  7. Turn on the power at the fuse or circuit box to activate the lighting fixture.

Installation Steps

Turn off the power at the fuse or circuit box

  1. Unscrew the two set screws (D) and remove the mounting plate unit (A) from the backplate.

  2. Attach the mounting plate unit (A) to the outlet box by using two mounting screws (B).
    Note: Make sure that two set holes are lined up horizontally to make the fixture level.

  3. Pull out the source wires from the outlet box. Make wire connections using wire connectors (C) as follows:

    • Connect the hot wire (usually black insulation) from the fixture to the black wire from the power source.
    • Connect the neutral wire (usually white insulation) from the fixture to the white wire from the power source.
    •  Attach the fixture ground wire (usually green insulation or bare wire) to the mounting plate unit (A) with the green ground screw, then connect it to the house ground wire with the wire connector (C). Carefully put all of the wires back into the outlet box.
  4. Attach the backplate of the fixture to the mounting plate unit (A) by aligning holes, and secure the two set screws (D) from the side hole of the backplate into the hole in the side of the mounting plate unit (A).

  5. Install 2 x 60W max. medium base bulbs (not included). Check relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum wattage allowed.
    Turn on the power at the fuse or circuit box
