Product Information: A-50 Screw Presenters

The A-50 screw presenters by AIMCO are designed for semi-automated assembly. They come in two variations – A-50B-1 Standard Screw Presenter and A-50 Standard Screw Presenters. The screw presenters have no side to load unit and no gates to limit capacity, making it easy to load screws into the hopper. The operator can address the screw with a magnetized bit and fasten parts in three easy steps. AIMCO also offers optional accessories like Mag-O-Net Bit Magnetizer, A-50BRBTC-4 Compact Robotic Screw
Presenter, A-50ARBTC Compact Robotic Screw Presenters, and Acra-Feed Automatic Screw Feed Systems to reduce cycle time by approximately two seconds per fastener.

Acra-Feed Automatic Screw Feed Systems:

The Acra-Feed Automatic Screw Feed Systems by AIMCO reduce cycle time by approximately two seconds per fastener. They are ergonomic and reliable, and eliminated with optional Ergo-Arm of the fastener. The A2100 Series is applicable for screws of size M2-M5 (#2 – #10), while the A315V Series is applicable for screws of size M2-M5 (#2 – #10). The delivery hose is 10 ft long and the air pressure required is 85 psi. The hopper capacity for A2100 Series is 1,500cc (1,000-5,000 pcs) and for A315V Series is 450cc
(500-2,500 pcs). The maximum fastening speed is 60 screws/min* for both the series. The systems require AC 110V, 20W power and AC 220V by request.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. To load screws into the hopper, open the hopper and add the screws. There is no side to load unit and no gates to limit capacity.
2. Address the screw with a magnetized bit.
3. Fasten parts by bringing screw to workpiece.

Note: Optional accessories like Mag-O-Net Bit Magnetizer, A-50BRBTC-4 Compact Robotic Screw Presenter, A-50ARBTC Compact Robotic Screw Presenters, and Acra-Feed Automatic Screw Feed Systems can be used for assembly.
