Product Information: Integrated LCD System

The Integrated LCD System is a comprehensive point-of-care application system that integrates a high-brightness 21.5, 23.8, or 27 display with a high- performance system and USB ports to satisfy varying needs. The system has a hidden custom antenna and an embedded 802.11ac WLAN adapter that is inaccessible to the user. The system has a set of I/O ports located at the bottom side of the unit, which includes a power button, programmable buttons, speakers, DC-in, HDMI output, USB 3.0 ports, Ethernet ports (RJ45), audio jack, USB 2.0 ports, COM ports, and an SD Card Reader.

Wireless Networking
The Integrated LCD System supports typical WLAN adapters for wireless networking.

Cleaning Instructions

For cleaning the touch screen, use an alcohol-free and non-abrasive screen cleaning solution and a micro-fiber cloth. Spread the solution onto the cloth and then clean the touch screen gently. For cleaning the anti-microbial enclosure, use a soft/non-abrasive cloth moistened with water or an alcohol- free and oxide-free cleaning liquid. Wipe gently to prevent scratching the anti-microbial coating.

Precautions

Do not dispose of the battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crush or cut it as it can result in an explosion. Do not leave the battery in an extremely high-temperature surrounding environment as it can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

Product Usage Instructions

Attach/Detach the Tabletop Stand (Optional)
To attach the tabletop stand, insert the top two tabs of the stand into the top two open slots on the back panel. Push the latch to pivot the two lower tabs of the stand and then push the two lower tabs into the two lower slots on the back panel. Make sure the latch locks back into position so the stand is securely attached. To detach the tabletop stand, reverse the process.

Powering ON and OFF
Use the AC-DC adapter provided with the Integrated LCD System for the power supply. To activate the system, push and quickly release the Power Button. The display will come on in a few seconds. To put in Standby mode, push and quickly release the Power Button. To turn off for extended storage, power off the device safely using any software function that shuts down computer provided in the software operating system.
Note: To conserve power, put the device in Standby mode while not in use by using the Power Button (push and quick release). Push briefly on the same button to wake up the system within seconds. Avoid using the Power Button (hold 4+ seconds feature) to turn off the device as it is intended as a means of recovery from device lockups and not as normal operation.

With a 21.5”, 23.8”, or 27” TFT display and powered by an Intel® Pentium® or Core™ i processor, the All-In-One Computer series offer an optimal functionality combining excellent performance and power-saving capability. With fully- integrated point-of-care modules within an elegant,space- saving design, the Integrated LCD System isthe optimum solution to enhance workflow and service.Please take a few moments to review the contents of this document to ensure that the setup and startup proceed smoothly. The Integrated LCD System isready for use, out of the box, in its default configuration when powered by the powersource provided. The following documentation offers guidance on the hardware elements and features of the computer. Please refer to your device provider for information pertaining to the software operating system or software applications. This is a general manual.

Wireless Networking

Wireless LAN
The Integrated LCD System is often delivered with an embedded (userinaccessible) 802.11ac WLAN adapter equipped with a hidden custom antenna.

  1. Through the support of typical WLAN adapters, the Integrated LCD System should be able to detect all 802.11 access points in the vicinity for you to select the access point of your choice for connection.

  2. The SSID and WEP/WPA/WPA2 (if enabled) parameters on the Integrated LCD System and the access points have to match. The SSID is case-sensitive and it is recom- mended that you enable WEP/WPA/WPA2 encryption (or advanced alternatives) forsecure access.

  3. When WEP/WPA/WPA2 is enabled, you may need to consult your network administrator or your networking equipment literature to properly configure associated settingssuch as Authentication mode, etc.

  4. Referto the access point operating manualsforsetting up the 802.11 access points.
    Cleaning the Screen

  5.  A screen cleaning solution that is alcohol-free and non-abrasive can be used to clean the touch screen.

  6. Cleaning with a micro-fiber cloth is recommended.

  7. Please spread the solution onto the cloth and then clean the touch screen.
    Cleaning the Anti-microbial Enclosure

  8. Use a soft/non-abrasive cloth moistened with water to clean the enclosure.

  9.  If using a cleaner, an alcohol-free and oxide-free cleaning liquid isrecommended.

  10. To preventscratching the anti-microbial coating, please wipe gently.

I/O Ports

The Integrated LCD System has a comprehensive set of I/O portslocated at the bottom side of the unit.

PRECAUTIONS

  • Always exercise care when operating and handling the Integrated LCD System.
  • Never disassemble any portion of the enclosure, asthis will void any product warranty on the Integrated LCD System.
  • Do not use any AC/DC adapter other than the one provided with the device or a replacement acquired from the manufacturer.
  • In the unlikely event that smoke, abnormal noise or strange odor is present, immediately power down the Integrated LCD System and disconnect all powersources. Please report the problem to your device provider immediately.

Attach The Tabletop Stand (Optional)

  1. Insertthe top two tabs ofthe tabletop stand into the top two open slots on the 502T/504T/507T back panel.
  2. Push the latch to pivot the two lower tabs of the tabletop stand.
  3. Push the two lower tabsinto the two lowerslots on the 502T/504T/507T back panel. Make sure the latch locks back into position so the stand is securely attached

Detach the Tabletop Stand (Optional)

  • Push the latch to pivot the two lower tabs.
  • Pull out the two lower tabs, then the two upper tabsfrom the 502T/504T/507T back panel.
