Product Usage Instructions
Obtaining an Account
To use the LG RESU HOME App, users must have an account. They can contact their supplier or after-sales service to obtain an organization account and password. Alternatively, they can register for an account using the following steps:
- Go to the LG RESU HOME App
- Click “Register”
- Enter homeowner’s email and name
- Select AUD as the currency
- Add a photo of the battery serial number
- Click “Test” to verify the connection
- Create a password
Creating a Plant
Users can create a plant using the LG RESU HOME App. Follow these steps:
- Go to the LG RESU HOME App
- Click “Create a Plant”
- Enter the required information, including the battery serial number
- Click “Save”
Monitoring Plant Status
Users can monitor their plant status through the LG RESU HOME App. Follow these steps:
- Go to the LG RESU HOME App
- Select the plant from the list of plants
- View the plant status and information
