Product Usage Instructions

  • The Gateway EnOcean / BACnet IP (EO-BAC-IP, series 1100) is an electrical device that supports Ethernet (BACnet/IP), EnOcean, and USB connectivity. It is designed to work with a maximum of 40 devices (max. 20 with SmartACK) at a frequency of 868 MHz (optional 902 MHz).
  • To use the device, connect it to a power source that matches therated supply voltage and supply voltage range. The device also requires a rated input current and input power to function correctly. The speed, connector, and PoE specifications should be considered when connecting the device to a network.
  • The device supports a maximum number of 40 devices, and the frequency should be set accordingly. The device can handle a maximum number of devices with SmartACK enabled. Pins 4, 5, 7, and 8 should be used when connecting the device. The EO-BAC-IP device represents a “gateway” between the wireless communication standard EnOcean and BACnet IP.

OVERVIEW

  1. GATEWAY CAN CHECK UP TO 40 ELEMENTS IN SITI ENOCEAN
    EnOcean technology has a long-term goal of using battery-free technology, where individual sensors and actuators harvest energy from miniature solar cells and convert kinetic and thermal energy into electrical energy. This is an extensive family of temperature sensors, contact sensors, VOC, CO2 air quality sensors, wind speed sensors, lighting, people’s movement, etc. This technology can be used to control lighting, radiators, window openings, blinds and other devices. Wireless technology, which does not require changing batteries, is not only easy to use, but especially easy to use.

  2. OPENED PRODUCT
    Gateway supports various components and manufacturers from all over the world. We are constantly working on the expansion of supported devices newly created on the market. The support currently concerns vfce than hundreds of profiles listed in Alia nee EnOcean.

  3. GATEWAY AS REPEATER
    Gateway can work in 3 modes: mode of inactive functions repeater, mode LEVEL l includes pi’eposflanf messages so far unsent and LEVEL 2 messages not yet sent and once forwarded due to the previous crowded world.
    The main functionality of the gateway in the EnOcean and BACnet world is unknown not limited in repeater mode.

  4. FREQUENCY IN THE ENOCEAN CITY
    868 MHz – to be used
    902 MHz – on request

  5. CHOICE ANTENY
    The signal strength and its coverage will be appropriately distributed in the premises of the building, depending on the choice of antenna. In most cases, the included antenna will suffice to supply zazen. For most with me permeable sig on edge (on pi’. in metal switchboard) is recommended for better profitable properties implementation of antennas with cable and magnetic basic (must be ordered)

  6. EQUIPMENT :
    Externally source in scope 10-32V DC and 24V AC: The first option is a powered DC power supply source in the range 70-32V, with 24V stidavym.

  7. By PoE data cable:
    Considering its most frequent unfastening in soffit and sub-ceiling structures with distributions, especially Ethernet cables the gateway can also be powered via a data cable PoE (Power over Ethernet).

  8. EASILY INCORPORATED INTO THE SITE AND 0 SPARE DATA POINTS
    For the greatest possible visibility BACnet worlds are for each element only necessary objects are preset. Objects can be further edited in the attached application or in the web interface.

  9. CONVERSION OF RAW DATA TO SPECIFIC VALUES
    Gateway from EnOcean element raw data (RAW data) and it is automatically converted to final quantities (for example degrees Celsius. value of relative humidity in %, CO2 concentration, states 0-7), which writes to pi’fslusnyh objects in sitebacxnet.

  10. EASY INSTALLATION IN THE CEILING OF BUILDINGS
