Product Information

The product is a Merle LED courtesy light that comes in three colors – white, red, and blue. It has a power rating of 0.5 W and requires a voltage of 10-18VDC/10-30VDC. The light source of this fixture is not replaceable, and the whole unit needs to be replaced when it reaches its end of life. The product should be installed and disposed of according to the safety and environmental regulations.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the product, read all safety instructions and ensure safe and proper use. If you find any damage to the electrical parts, consult a qualified electrician to complete the installation. Follow the current IET wiring regulations during installation. Keep the instructions for future reference.

Product General Assembly

For 24V:

  1. Drill two holes for the screws and one bigger hole for routing the cables through.
  2. Route the cables from the light through the hole. Connect the cable from the converter and the cable from the lamp using a 3m waterproof connector (see instructions a-b-c below).
  3. Connect the converter according to the electrical diagram.
  4. Screw in the light.

For 12V:

  1. Drill two holes for the screws and one bigger hole for routing the cables through.
  2. Route the cables from the light through the hole. Then connect the light according to the electrical diagram.
  3. Screw in the light.

Note: Take care when handling and installing to avoid damage to the product. Avoid mounting the fitting on a damp surface such as a newly painted or plastered area as this could cause discoloration of the finish. Disconnect the light before cleaning and do not use any chemical or abrasive solutions.

General Assembly

For 24V: (add dc/dc 10-30v driver)

  1. Drill 2 holes for the screws and 1 bigger for routing the cables through.
  2. Route the cables from the light through the hole. Connect cable from converter and cable from lamp using a 3m waterproof connector (see instructions a-b-c below) Then connect converter according to the electrical diagram.
  3. Screw in the light.

For 12V: (mount only light)

  1. Drill 2 holes for the screws and 1 bigger for routing the cables through.

  2. Route the cables from the light through the hole.
    Then connect the light according to the electrical diagram

  3. Screw in the light.
