CLEAR RATE Outbound uControlFax Agent

Product Information

The uControlFax Agent is a tool that allows users to send faxes directly from their computer. The user can send only one document (which can have multiple pages) at a time using uControlFax Agent. Outbound Efaxes are not recorded in a log.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Go to file and open the document that you want to send as a fax. The document must be a PDF to send directly from uControlFax Agent.
2. Click on the “Send Fax” button in the uControlFax Agent.
3. Click “OK” to proceed.
4. Choose your PDF file by clicking on the “…” or “Browse” button.
5. Type in the ten-digit number you would like to fax to (no dashes or spaces).
6. Click “Send Fax” to send your fax.
7. If your fax was sent successfully, you will receive a confirmation notice. If not, a rejection notice will be displayed.

Make sure that you have a stable internet connection before sending a fax using uControlFax Agent. If you encounter any issues or errors while using the tool, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact customer support for assistance.
