DESCRIPTION
Stone cracker for cracking rock, concrete and stone. Noiseless and vibration- free. Can be used indoors and outdoors. Power of up to 130 Map (1300 kg/cm²). No permit required to use.
USE
-
Drill:
– Recommended minimum depth: 30 cm (drill about 10% deeper than required bottom).
– Recommended hole spacing CC 15-30 cm.
– Recommended Ø34-45 mm (larger holes –> wider spacing).
– The expansion force acts at right angles to the drill hole, so make sure that at least one direction of expansion is free. This can mean that the holes need to be drilled with a certain angle.
– Blow the holes free from dust and water. -
Mix in bucket:
– 1.2-1.3 L cold water + 5 kg powder.
– Mix well (mechanical mixing with mixing rod or concrete beater) until the aggregate is completely smooth and without lumps, approx. 30-60s. -
Fill the holes all the way up.
-
Evacuate the area and wait at least 2 days (the splitting can take longer at lower temperatures).
-
Clean the equipment.
DRILLING SUGGESTIONS FOR REQUIRED RESULT
Divide the stone.
FIG. 1
Split the stone into smaller pieces.
FIG. 2
Split flat rock.
FIG. 3
Split part of stone in pipeline trench.
FIG. 4
Split top of stone.
FIG. 5
TEMPERATURE
The recommended outside temperature is 10-25°C (use at other temperatures is
not advised as a result of the risk of failure to split or blowout, which can
be dangerous for persons nearby).
WARNING!
Blowout means that the cracking pulp is pressed up from the drill hole and
expands too quickly to crack the rock. This is because the temperature is too
high, or the wrong amount of water has been added, and can be dangerous in
that there is a risk of the escaping pulp hitting anyone too near the holes.
MAINTENANCE
STORAGE
Store in a dry place out of the reach of children.
