Product Information
The product is a Duffel bag that comes with various components such as a module, grid base, USB-C charger, filter cartridges, bungee straps, carry handles, backpack straps, and a shoulder strap. The bag has a Bluetooth mode that can be activated by pressing the button on the module five times. The LED button states include sanitizing stage, filtering stage, and refreshing stage. The bag also has a support menu, Bluetooth menu, cycle info, battery cartridge, battery life, and cartridge life.
Product Usage Instructio ns
- Unpack the box and make sure all components are present.
- Ensure that the module and grid are installed in the correct position.
- Press the button on the module five times to activate Bluetooth mode and confirm that the module has power. The LED button should flash blue in Bluetooth mode.
- Create an account by following step 1 and step 2. Then register your bag by entering the serial number located on the box.
- Plug in the USB-C charger (included) to charge your module. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge, and the LED button should flash yellow while charging.
- If the LED button flashes red, it means that a cartridge needs to be installed.
- To start a cycle, click “Start a cycle” in the app or press the module button once. The LED button will display the sanitizing stage, filtering stage, or refreshing stage.
- To stop a cycle early, click “End cycle” in the app or press the module button twice. Wait until the LED button flashes green before opening the bag.
- You can carry the bag using the handles, shoulder strap, or backpack straps.
- If the LED button displays a solid red light, it means that there is a module error. Hold down the button for 5 seconds to restart the module. If the LED button still displays a solid red light, please contact support@dressfresh.com or use the support function in the app.

Troubleshooting
solid red – module error
Hold down button for 5 seconds – module restart – light flashes white rapidly
