OPERATION INSTRUCTION

Attention: Always charge the camera before use!

CHARGING

(Cameramay be charged while recording):
The built-in rechargeable lithium battery is charged in the following ways:

1. Connect USB cable to computer.
2. Connect USB cable to 5 V charger and plug into electric outlet.
3. Connect USB cable to power bank.
   A flashing red light indicates charging; permanent red light indicates a full charge.

(Please charge more than 60 minutes to ensure that battery is charged at 100% ).

The camera may also be connected to an external power source to charge while in use (if an SD card is inserted, the camera records in the 720p mode). Then a blue led flashes 3 times to indicate that the video is recording.
To stop recording, push the on/ off button.

USING A TF MEMORY CARD (MICRO SD)

Use TF micro SD card up to 32GB 10 class (not included).

Before using, format micro SD Cardin FAT32 (FAT­MAC). (In most cases, this step can be skipped.) Check out the “NOTES 2” for formatting
Insert TF card. The electrical contacts of the card should face the camera lens.

TURNING ON THE DEVICE

To tum on the camera, press and hold the ON/OFF button until the blue indicator light turns on (HD 720p standby mode)

POWER OFF: To shut down the device, (stop recording if the device is recording), press and hold the ON/OFF button for 6 seconds.

In standby mode, the device automatically shuts down after 1 minute.

RESET: If the device crashes and does not respond to buttons, a sharp object may be used to reset. Insert it into the reset hole on the device.

Note 1:

1. If the battery’s charge is low or the card is full, the DV red and blue light flashes for 5 seconds and it shuts down, (it saves the file automatically and shuts down) once the file has been saved, please charge the device.
2. Video recording is automatically saved in files up to 5 minutes.
3. After the TF card space is full, the earliest video files are overwritten.
4. The device automatically shuts down after one minute of boot mode. (This does not include Motion detection/Night vision modes)

Activation: boot into any standby mode (HD 720p, Full HD I 080p or Photo Shooting),press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until the red light flashes twice to indicate that the infrared night vision lamp is on.

After aforesaid operation, the selected shooting mode is displayed again (HD 720p, Full HD I 080p or Photo Shooting)

Infrared camera lights are also turned on, (lights are not visible to the eye!)

_ _Note : _ _To detect the infrared,  look at the led through a phone’s camera (may be detected through any video recording device – _ _portative video cam, cam ofthe cell phone etc.) >>.__

Click the ON/OFF button once to begin recording. (There is no Led indication during recording). Push the on/off button again to stop recording.

To deactivate the infrared night-vision light: Turn off standby mode, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds, until the red light flashes 3 times, this will shut down the infrared night vision and return the camera to standby mode.

MOTION DETECTION

To Activate: Boot into any standby mode (HD 720p, Full HD1080p or Photo Shooting), press and hold the MODE button for 3 second sunlit it flashes 4 blue/red lights and the LED goes off.

That initiates motion detection video mode, detecting any moving objects and recording video that is automatically saved in 5-minute files.

If there is no moving object, device remains in standby mode and video recording stops until the lithium battery charge runs out.

If any movement is detected video recording is resumed.

To deactivate: Stop the detection mode by pressing the ON/OFF button.

The camera returns to standby mode.

Functions of USB-connector with TV cable:

1. May be plugged in computer to charge the device and for data transfer.
2. May be plugged in TV OUT for screen display.
3. May be plugged into the DV 5v charger.

PC CONNECTION

On standby mode and when the device is off, this device may be connected directly to the computer. Once connected to the computer, it may be used as a regular flash drive, files are free to copy, paste and delete. Removable disk may also be formatted.

Connection steps:

1. Use the provided cable to connect the camera to your computer. Plug the mini-USB connector into camera and USB plug into your computer.
2. After a few seconds, the computer pops up the removable disk logo. (The blue indicator identifies that he USB device can carry out data transmission, the red light will indicate the device is fully charged)
3. If the computer does not identify the device or does not show the removable disk logo in 30 seconds, please reset computer and plug in again.
4. We recommend that you play video files directly from your PC by copying them from T-flash to your hard drive, because the data transfer rate via USB cable may not be sufficient to play files in the proper quality.
5. RealPlayer or VLC Player are the media players we recommend to play back the files. The media players may be downloaded for free off of their websites. Simply search
   “RealPlayer” or “VLC Player” on google or any search engine.

DATA & TIME SETTING

The device will automatically create a TXT document in the TF directory. On a removable disk, open (TIMEREST.txt) text document, edit the required data and save the text file.

The format of the text file looks like this: 20180908192526 Y.

It simply means: 2018 (year) 09 (month) 08 (day) 19 (hour) 25 (minute) 26 (second) Y (yes – time display).

After 2016080417 4 726 Y boot record video file is saved, it displays the video editing time. If the tail of the letter Y is changed to N, no date & time in the same operation mode is displayed:

1. 20150608192526 Y (time display)
2. 20150608192526 N (no time display)

TV OUT MODE

1. Use the provided cable to connect the camera to the TV. Plug the Mini-USB connector into the camera and the AV connector to your TV.
2. Turn mini camera G007 on.
3. Choose AV source on TV. (The boot mode is displayed on TV screen along with the image from device). The mode may be used to take photos and videos and for motion detecting.

Note 2:

• a. If the double red blue light is flashing and the product cannot be used. Then make sure a working TF card up to 32 GB class 10 is inserted in the product (the TF card not included in the original package) Also, make sure that the battery is charged.
• b. Use the device in sufficient lighting conditions and keep the subject at a distance of more than 20 in. This will ensure that the color is natural, the scenery is clear, and the images are stable.
• c. The memory Card should be in FAT format, you may check your memory card and format it as FAT with your computer.

To format a micro SD card: Connect the memory card to the computer using a camera or a card reader.

For Windows OS: To format a memory card in Windows, just click “Format” in the FAT32 format in the context menu and wait for the process to finish. For Mac OS

• a) Find and open the Disk Utility program. This program is installed by default on all computers with Mac OS. To do this, press ctrl + space bar and in the Spotlight pop-up window start typing the name “Disk   Utility” or simply open this program through Finder -> Programs -> Utilities -> Disk Utility.
• b) In the opened window of the program “Disk   Utility” on the left, find your flash drive. In the right part, open the “Erase” tab, select the format of the FAT file system and the name of the memory card and press the “Erase” button from the bottom.
• d. Use high speed Class 10 memory card, the camera supports 32GB Maximum.
• e. The camera will continuously record 5 minutes sequences for both 720p and 1080p modes.
• f. If the SD-card is full, the camera automatically loops and deletes the oldest file.
• g. If the battery’s charge is critically low, the camera automatically saves the last sequence and powers off.
