The mounting bracket fall-forward
- Two hex nuts are not tighten
- Ball joints are not tighten
- The tilted angle exceeds the maximum tension
- Use pliers or wrench to tighten both hex nuts.
- After adjusting the angle, make sure the thumb screw is tighten and the ball joint barely move.
- For heavy cameras, always try to set-up the mounting arm com-pletely upright and parallel to tree first, then only adjust the angle by the upper ball joint.

- 1/4″ -20 Thread
- Drywall screws & anchors x4
FAQ1 Mounting bracket fall off when adjusting
The wing nut at the back of the metal base gets loosen
Tighten the wing nut. And always turn CLOCKWISE when ad-justing the angle.
FAQ2 Metal base is too small to support the camera
The metal base does not fit the tree well
Try to bend the metal base a little bit, to curve fitting the trunk. Also wrap more around tree and over the metal base to in-crease the overall stability.
FAQ3 The strap does not hold tight Use the strap incorrectly
Press the buckle and through the strap from inner side. Pull and tighten the strap.
