GENERAL GUIDE
- Press a lo clange from mode to mode.
- Alles you perorm an operation in any mode. pressing 8 relurns lo the Timekeeping Mode
TIMEKEEPING MODE
- In the Timekeeping Mode, press (C) 10 switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour lorals.
- Day ol the week is disptayed as lodows.
- SU: Sunday
- MO: Monday
- TU: Tuesday
- WE: Wednosday
- TH: Thursday
- FA: Friday
- SA.S aturday
About the backlight
- Holding down A at airy tire illuminales the display.
- The backlight of this walch employs an electro luminescent (EL) light, which loses its aluminating power afler very long leim use.
- Frequent use of the backlight shortens the battery life.
ALARM MODE
When the Daily Alarm is switched on. the alar sounds for 20 seconds al the preset lime each day. When the Hounty Time Signal is switchod on, the watch beeps every hour on the hour.
To set the alarm time

To switch the Daily Alarm and Mourly Time Signal on and off
Press iS while in tho Alarm Mode to change the slatus of the Daily Alarm and
Mourly Time Segnal in the following sequenes.

To test the alarm
Hold down € while in he Alarm Mode to sound the alarm.
STOPWATCH MODE
The Sicowatch Mode lets you measure elapsed ume.soil times. and two finishes. The range al the slop. walch is 59 minutes. 59.99 seconds.
TIME SETTING MODE
To set the time and date
- Use ®) to enter the Tine Setting Mode.
- The coconds digits flash because they are sciociod.
- Press W lo change the sclection in the tolowing soquenco.
- While the seconds digits are celected (flashing), press (§’ to reset the seconds to 00°. I you press (C’ while the seconds count is i n the range of 30 to 59, the seconds are reset to *00 and 1 Is added lo the minutes. If the secouds count is in ihe range o1 00 10 29, the minutes count is unclanged.
- While any other digs (besides seconds) are solected (lashing). press (C) to increase the number. While the day of the week is selected, pressing (‘ advances lo the next day. Molding down & changes the current selecton at high speod.
- S. AMer you set the time and date, press (‘ lo relum to the Timekooping Mode.
- If you do no operale any button for a few minutes while a selection is flashing. the Aashing stops and the watch goos back lo the Timekeeping Mode autometically.
