Product Information

The EDGELION Outdoor Portable Power Station UL0650 is a high-capacity power bank designed for outdoor use. It has a net weight of 6.8kg and dimensions of 250250156mm. The power bank has a capacity of 19.2V/32000mAh/614Wh and is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The UL0650 has been tested and certified by UL2743, UN38.3, FCC, DOE, CEC, CA65, IC-ID, PSE, TELEC, CE- RED RoHS, REACH-SVHC, WEEE, Battery Directive, KCC, UKCA, and SRRC.

The UL0650 has multiple output options including USB-A Output (x2), USB-A Fast Charge, TYPE-C Output, Car Power Output, DC5521 Output, Wireless Output, and AC Output (x2). The AC output can provide 110Vac, 50/60Hz, 650W continuous, 1200W surge peak1s. The power bank can be charged through DC5521 Input and TYPE-C Input and supports fast chargers of QC and PD protocols up to 100W Max. It also supports car charge and solar MPPT up to 200W Max.

The power bank has a battery cell chemistry cycle life protection type and can operate at temperatures ranging from -20 to 45 degrees Celsius. It has an optimal use temperature of 32 to 113 degrees Fahrenheit and a storage temperature ranging from -20 to 60 degrees Celsius. The product features an LCD screen, Main Power Button, TYPE-C Input/Output Port, Fast Charge USB-A Port, Standard USB-A Port, Button of AC output ports, Car outlet port, Solar/ Car charge input port, DC5521 port, Carrying Light, Wireless Charger, and Ventilation Fan. The LCD screen displays various icons related to battery life, power output, and connectivity.

Product Usage

  • To power up the UL0650, press and hold the Main Power Button. The display will turn on, and the Main Power Button will enter the breathing mode when there is no load while it keeps on otherwise.
  • To power down the UL0650, press and hold the Main Power Button. It cannot be turned off when in a charging state.
  • After turning on the UL0650, the USB, DC5521, car outlet, and wireless charging output ports can be used for charging. Two output modes are available for USB and car power output ports when power is up: 1) automatically test the connected load and start outputting; 2) Stay in output mode by pressing the Main Power Button once, and the corresponding icon on the screen stays on.

Product Use

Power up
Press and hold the Main Power Button to turn UL0650 on. When UL0650 is turned on, the display is on, and the Main Power Button will enter the breathing mode when there is no load while it keeps on otherwise.1.The screen turns off automatically without new events in three minutes, otherwise it lights up. To re-light the screen in the rest mode, press the Main Power Button once.

Power down
Press and hold the Main Power Button to turn EDGELION UL0650 off. it cannot be turned off when in a charging state.

Use USB, DC5521, car outlet, and wireless charging outputs
After EDGELION UL0650 is turned on, the USB, DC5521, car outlet, and wireless charging output ports can be used for charging. Two output modes are available for USB and car power output ports when power is up: 1) automatically test the connected load and start outputting; 2) Stay in output mode by pressing the Main Power Button once, and the corresponding icon on screen stays on.

Use AC output
After EDGELION UL0650 is turned on, press AC Output Button once to use the AC output port for charging. Press AC Output Button once again to turn it off.

Use carrying light
After EDGELION UL0650 is turned on, press AC Output Button twice to use the AC output port for charging. Press AC Output Button twice again to turn it off.

Precautions:

  1. AC output ports:
    • AC output ports turn off automatically if the remaining power is lower than 5%. The corresponding icon on the screen will turn off.
  2. USB, DC5521, car outlet ports:
    • Output ports turn off automatically if there is no load in these ports for more than 1 Min. The corresponding icon on the screen will turn off.
    • Ports turn off automatically if the remaining power is lower than 1%. The corresponding icon on the screen will turn off.

Note:
The product supports the DC5521 port and TYPE-C port for charging at the same time, while full-power charging takes about 3.5 hours to be fully charged.

Safety Rules & Guidelines

  1. DO NOT place the product near a heat source, such as a fire source or an operating stove.
  2. DO NOT expose the product to any liquids. Do not immerse the product in water. DO NOT leave the product out or use it in the rain or near a source of moisture.
  3. DO NOT use the product in strong electrostatic or electromagnetic environments.
  4. Never disassemble or puncture the product in any way.
  5. DO NOT allow pins, wires, or other metal pieces to enter the EDGELION UL0650 case, outlets, or controls. Metal pieces may short-circuit the product.
  6. Never use non-EDGELION parts. Go to the official sales channel to purchase new parts.
  7. Strictly follow the temperature requirement for use in this User Manual. Using the product in environments at high temperatures may cause fires or even explosions, while at a low temperature will severely affect the product’s performance or cannot satisfy normal use.
  8. DO NOT place heavy objects on top of the EDGELION UL0650.
  9. Do NOT forcibly block the fan or leave the product in an unventilated or dusty space.
  10. Avoid collisions, drops, and severe vibration. Turn off the power immediately and stop using it if severe collisions happen. Fix it fast to avoid vibration and collisions when transporting.
  11. If the product falls into the water during use, take it out immediately and put it in a safe and open area. Keep a safe distance from it until it is completely dry. Never use it again, and dispose of it as described in the Battery Disposal section. If the product catches fire, it is recommended to use fire extinguishing equipment in the following order: water or water mist, sand, fire blanket, dry powder fire extinguisher, and carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.
  12. Place the product carefully to prevent damage from tipping. If the product falls over and is Severely damaged, turn it off immediately, place the batteries in an open area, away from high heat and people, and dispose of it in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  13. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets.

Product Battery Disposal

  1. If possible, dispose of EDGELION UL0650 in specific battery recycling boxes only after a complete discharge. The product contains batteries, hazardous chemicals that should not be disposed of in regular trash. Please strictly follow your local regulations regarding battery disposal and recycling details.
  2. DO NOT dispose of the battery directly in the battery recycling bin if the battery cannot be completely discharged due to the failure of the product itself, but contact a professional battery recycling company for further treatment.
  3. Dispose of the product if it cannot be powered on after over-discharging.

  1. What type of batteries does the product use?
    The product uses high-quality lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries.

  2. What appliances are the AC output ports applicable to?
    The product’s AC output ports have high-rated power and high surge power to support most household electrical appliances.It is recommended to check the power of appliances before using them to ensure that the total power of all loaded devices is lower than the rated power of the ports.

  3. How do I know how long will the product supply power?
    The product’s LCD display will show the enduring time, which can be taken as the time to support electrical appliances with stable power usage.

  4. How to tell that the product is charging?
    The LCD display shows the remaining charging time, while the capacity indicator circle outside the State of Charge (SOC) starts to rotate, and the input watts is displayed.

  5. How to clean this product?
    Use a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel to wipe this product.

  6. How to store the product?
    Store the product after turning it off and store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do NOT place the product near water sources. If you need to store the EDEGLION UL0650 for a long time, please discharge it to 30%, then charge it to 60% every 3 months.

  7. Can I take the product on board?
    No, you cannot.

Product Maintenance

  1. The temperature for use and storage of this product is -4℉ to 86℉ (-20℃ to 30℃). Keep it away from water sources, heat sources,and other metals.
  2. If you need to store the EDEGLION UL0650 for a long time, please discharge it to 30%, then charge it to 60% every 3 months.
  3. DO NOT store this product in an environment above 113℉ (45℃) or below 14℉ (-10℃) for long time storage for safety reasons.
  4. It is recommended to use the product in an environment of 68℉ to 86℉ (20℃ to 30℃) to prolong the useful life of the batteries.
  5. If the power of this product is less than 1% after use, please charge it to 60% before storing. If batteries are depleted and stored for a long time, this will cause irreversible damage to the battery cell and shorten its useful life.
  6. Batteries in the product will enter hibernation mode if they are depleted and stored for a long time. Recharging the product can bring the battery out of hibernation, then the product can be used.
