Product Information
The product is a fitness equipment that is designed for indoor use only. The equipment consists of a rear base frame, top beam, vertical rod, adjustable bracket, connection frame, sleeve frame,adjustable frame, pulley bracket, lat bar, low bar, upright frame, quick knob, pulleys, bushing, hook, chain, lower cable, upper cable, rubber bumper A and B, spring clip, big clip, weight rod, spring, foam, foam cover, bolts, washers and nuts.
It is recommended to read the entire manual before assembly and operation. Before using the equipment or starting any exercise program, it is important to consult a physician. This is especially important for anyone over the age of 65, persons with pre-existing health problems or women that are pregnant. Children and pets should be kept away from this equipment at all times. The equipment should only be used on a level surface and an equipment mat should be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet. Loose fitting clothing that could get caught in the equipment should be avoided. The unit should be examined before use to ensure all parts are in working order. Assembly Instructions
Please refer to the exploded drawing provided in the manual for a visual guide on how to assemble the equipment. The following steps are a summary:
- Attach the rear base frame to the top beam.
- Attach the vertical rod to the rear base frame and top beam assembly.
- Attach the adjustable bracket to the vertical rod and top beam assembly.
- Attach the connection frame to the adjustable bracket and top beam assembly.
- Attach the sleeve frame to the connection frame and rear base frame assembly.
- Attach the adjustable frame to the sleeve frame and vertical rod assembly.
- Attach the pulley bracket to the adjustable frame and rear base frame assembly.
- Attach the lat bar and low bar to the pulleys.
- Attach the upright frame to the rear base frame and top beam assembly.
- Attach the quick knobs to the upright frame and weight rods.
- Attach the pulleys, bushings, hooks, chains, lower cable, upper cable, rubber bumpers A and B, spring clips and big clips to the equipment as shown in the manual.
- Attach the weight rods and springs to the upright frame assembly.
- Attach the foam and foam covers to the weight rods.
- The equipment is now ready to use.
