Pay pod Compact Pay Station
Whenever cash recycling issues arise you should be advised, how to solve the issue or fix an error on the POS (point of sale) screen. Alternatively, the coin recycler and banknote recycler status LEDs are of assistance (see last page).
This user guide shows how to correct simple errors like coin or banknote jams by means of the yellow operating feautures.
More detailed information can be found in the user manual.
Refill coins
- Select your POS software’s filling mode.
- Refill coins through bulk coin refill chute or coin input cup:
- Quit filling mode

Restart coin recycler

Restart the coin recycler wheneve
- it is moved back in its initial position after having extracted its cart,
- its status LEDs are yellow or red instead of green.
Clear Coin Jam
Refill Banknotes
- Select your POS software’s filling mode.
- Refill banknotes through the banknote insertion slot.
- Quit filling mode.

Restart Banknote Recycler
- Open pay station door.
- Switch pay station off and on.
The banknote recycler is restarted

Rearm Cashbox
- Close cashbox so indicator is green

The double red or yellow flashing of the respective status LED on the coin recycler indicates jammed coins or something else is blocked.

Banknote recycler status LEDs
The triple red flashing of the status LEDs at the top of the banknote recycler indicates that at least one banknote is jammed.
Close banknote cashbox/rearm cashbox
If the full/rearmed indicator is gray, the cashbox needs to be emptied or
rearmed.
Before removing the cashbox, please make sure, that you have access to either
the key of the cashbox you want to remove or another rearmed replacement
cashbox (indicator is green).
The cashbox may only be reinserted in rearmed condition! Meaning that it has
to be opened and closed again before it can be reinserted if necessary.
