Your POPCORN MACHINE comes fully assembled.
Simply insert the pot into the brackets and screw into the handle.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Before first use, clean the inside of the unit by rubbing with a damp sponge, towel or non-abrasive cloth and then rub with a non-abrasive dry towel. Thoroughly clean the inside of the cauldron and make sure it is properly placed in the supports before starting using it.
-
Before starting, look for a flat surface near an electrical outlet. Make sure that the power cord is away from any source of water supply. If necessary, the use of an extension cable is acceptable.
-
Collect supplies to make popcorns: corn for popcorns, seasonings, bowls or bags to contain the popcorns, cooking oil, measure for the cauldron and bucket to mea-sure the oil. (The last ones are included in the unit).
-
Plug the equipment into the power switch in the OFF position.
-
Make sure the cauldron is firmly secured in the supports.
-
Make sure that the cauldron’s motor is fully plugged into the socket on the bot-tom of the cauldron.
NOTE: Cauldron will not heat up in case the plug is not fully inserted. -
Turn the appliance ON by turning the switch on the top of the machine. Let the appliance work for 3 to 5 minutes to heat the pot.
-
Turn off the unit.
-
Use the Measuring Spoon of Oil that comes with your Popcorn Machine to add to the Pot two tablespoons of your favorite oil to make popcorn. For best popping re-sults it is suggested that you use mild vegetable oil.
-
Add a cup of popcorn kernels (size 14) to the pot using the supplied measuring cup.
-
Turn on the unit and close the door. Almost immediately you will hear the crack-le of popcorn. Hot, hot popcorn will start pouring out of the sloping cauldron tops, just like in the cinema!

Once the pot has stopped toasting, tilt the Pot using the red knob on the Crank to release the popcorn.toasting, tilt the Pot using the red knob on the Crank to re-lease the popcorn.
HELPFUL TIPS
SMOKE EMISSION
If your Popcorn Machine starts emitting smoke during cooking, it may be due to the accumulation of grease. To reduce smoke emission, be sure to clean the inside of the cauldron between uses.
POPCORNS
For best results, use a natural soft shell corn. Some brands of corn have a harder outer shell and can result in less popped corn.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Make sure the equipment is unplugged before cleaning it. Unplug the external plug from the outlet andunplug the motor from the pot inside the main unit.
- Use a non-abrasive wet sponge, towel or cloth to rub all the inside and outside of the main unit; then rub with a non-abrasive towel to dry it
- After unplugging the pot motor and once the pot has cooled completely, turn the crank anticlockwise to release and remove the pot.
- Remove the pot from the supports.
- Remove the Pot from the Main Unit. After removing the Pot from the Main Unit, fill 2/3 of the Pot with hot soapy water.
- Let the pot rest for 15 to 20 minutes to cut the fat. (The time may vary – use your own criteria depending on the amount of cleaning required)
- Empty the water. If necessary, use the sponge side of a cleaning sponge to scrape the inside of the pot
