Hardware installation
Installation step is as follows: There is no need to power off the computer,
just plug the network card into the corresponding slot.
Note:
- Keep away from heat sources and keep ventilation;
- Please pay attention to waterproof when storage, transportation and operation;
- Prevent the damage of other harmful substances, such as acid and alkali;
- Do not disassemble without permission. If any fault occurs, it should be repaired by professional technician.
Driver Installation
a. Insert the CD-RON and go to the Realtek_Windows Driver directory;
b. Double-click the Setup Driver and install it as prompted.
Tip: Driver support 32/64 bit Win7/Win8.1/Win10 system; You can also check the new driver and download.
Enter the network
Click the icon in the bottom right corner of the desktop, and Select the
wireless network you want to connect to and click the “Connect” button.
Product Warranty Card
Below following cases, it is out of the warranty scope. Please note:
- The return/warranty period has been exceeded;
- Failures to install, use, maintain or keep the product according to the instructions;Alter without authorization; Tear up product bar code;
- Without authorization, modify the inherent Settings of the file or unauthorized dismantling repair;
- Damage to the product caused by accident or human behavior/such as focusing on bright light, inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, water, mechanical damage, breaking, serious oxidation or rusting of the product;
- Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning strikes, etc.Other failures or damages that are not caused by the product’s own design, technology, manufacturing, quality, etc.
Technical Support and Software Upgrade Service
Before you send the product for repair, please contact seller to identify
product failures.
Product has one-year warranty service.
Special Note
- If there are obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, broken power cord, broken wire, bare core, etc. due to improper use by the customer or accidental factors, it will not be guaranteed and replaced, and the user can purchase it separately.
- Warranty replacement service is limited to the mainframe. Packaging and cables, software products, technical documents and other accessories are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period for main components is 3 months.
- If there are equipment performance problems within 15 days after the product is purchased, and the appearance is not scratched,you can directly replace it with a new product. During the free warranty period, the product must be inspected by seller.After the problem is confirmed, the same model or a repaired product with the same performance as the product will be replaced. The replaced defective product belongs to manufacturer; The normal product will be returned as it is.Please provide product warranty card for warranty service;lf you are not able to provide, the free warranty period of the product will be calculated from its production date. If the product is charge for repair, the same problem will have a free warranty period of three months from the date of repair.
- Please request and keep your repair receipt. The shipping cost of the repaired product is request to charge to the sender.
