Before installation, operation, maintenance, and inspection, please make sure to read this instruction manual, and install, use this product accurately according to the manual.
DANGER
- It is forbidden to operate the circuit breaker with wet hands.
- It is forbidden to touch the conductive parts during use.
- When maintaining and servicing, make sure that the product is power off.
- It is forbidden to test the product by short-circuiting.
CAUTION
- Installation must be in accordance with Figure wiring and products labeled “+”, “-” polarity wiring.
- Before use, please confirm that the working voltage, rated current, and characteristics of the product fit the working requirements.
- To prevent phase short-circuit, the exposed wire or copper busbar at the terminal end should be insulated.
- When the product is scrapped, dispose of the product waste properly, thank you for your cooperation.
APPLICATION
DZ47Z DC miniature circuit breaker is mainly used in circuits with rated voltage not exceeding 500V/1000V (optional) DC and rated current 6A~63A. This series of circuit breakers can provide short-circuit and overload protection, and can also be used for control and isolation.
INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
- The upper limit of the ambient air temperature does not exceed +60° C and the lower limit does not exceed -25° C.
- The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m.
- The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50 when the temperature is +40℃; a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures.
- Installed in a medium without risk of explosion and free from gases and dust sufficient to corrode metals and destroy insulation.
- Installed in a place free from significant shock vibrations and rain and snow intrusion.

Shall be installed in a distribution box, or distribution cabinet.
Storage and transportation conditions

USE AND INSTALLATION
Before Installation
- check whether the technical parameters fit the use requirements.
- check the insulation resistance between the pole and pole (except single pole), pole and shell, pole and installation guide, inlet end, and the outlet end of the circuit breaker with a rated volt megohmmeter, which should be not less than 5MΩ. If the insulation resistance is less than 5MΩ, the product cannot be used and should be contacted by Amazon for replacement.
- toggle the circuit breaker closed, divided several times to check the circuit breaker operating mechanism has no stalling phenomenon, the mechanism is reliable action.
