Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the device is being operated as per the compliance standards mentioned in the user manual.
- Purchase a DC 5V/1A adaptor which complies with the directive 2014/30/EU, and install it near the equipment and ensure that it is easily accessible.
- Do not replace the device’s battery with an incorrect type, as it may cause an explosion. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions given in the user manual.
- Refer to the Quick Start Guide, which is of size 90 x 90 mm, for initial setup and usage instructions.
Charge device
- Before using the device, please fully charge the device. Use the USB charging cable provided to charge the device.
- Please charge for, at least 2 hours, when charging for the first time. LED shall be flashing when charging and stay lighted when the device it fully charged.
Add Skytag to Find My

Press the button on the housing till you hear a sound. The device is in pairing mode. The LED shall be flashing
Note: The device will turn OFF, if not paired within 10 minutes. -
Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Tap +
-
Tap “Add Other Item ®”

Select “Connect”
-
Add a name and then choose an emoji

Find My™ will ask for confirmation to add your Skytag to your Apple ID. Tap “Agree”

Tap “Finish”. A sound will be heard from the device upon pairing
Instructions for Disabling the Find My Network
- Locate the power button as indicated above
- Press the power button 2 times and on the third time, press and hold until the LED is turned ON This will stop sharing the location of this item.
Factory reset
- Press the button 3 times and on the 4th time, hold until you hear a sound
- The device shall be in pairing mode until it is paired
Note: The device will turn OFF, if not paired within 10 minutes.
Remove item
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap the Items tab, then tap the item you would like to remove
- Scroll to the bottom of the item detail card and tap “Remove Item”, then tap “Remove”
Enable Lost mode
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap the Items tab, then tap the item which has been lost
- Pull up the item detail card and, under Lost Mode, tap “enable”, then tap “Continue”
- Enter a phone number or email address
- Enable Notify When Found, if desired
- Tap “Activate”
