Please read all instructions, warnings, and tips carefully before using. Improper use may cause severe personal injury and property loss.

1. The device is not waterproof,pls do not clean the whole machine.
2. No upside down, otherwise water will go into the device and damage it.
3. DO NOT use this product if you have ear infection, hole the eardrum,blood discharge from ears or any types of injury in your ear. You should seek medical help if you  are unsure about it.
4. It is normal to feel pressure but no pain. Stop using this product immediately if you feel pain and consult your physician for professional help.
5. Children or disabled individual should use this product under adult or guardian supervision.
6.  This product is not a toy, please keep out of children’s reach.
7. This product is equipped with battery, keep it away from fire, moisture and high temperature environment. It may explode due to overheat.
8. Please store it in a dry place if you do not use this product for a long time.
9. Ensure connect the suitable power supply DC5V to charge the product.
10. Do not use a solution cooler than body temperature, it can cause dizziness. Warm water if recommended(It shouldn’t be too hot to hurt)
11. Do not change or modify the product, or disassemble the internal device, may damage the product or cause personal injury.
12. Do not classify it as household waste. When you have no further use for this product, please dispose of it using your local authority’s recycling processes, send it to the local electrical equipment recycling station.

Electric Ear Cleaner

Button Function

• Turn ON
  Press and hold the power button for 1-2 sec until the LED lights flash.

• Turn OFF
  Press and hold the power button for 1-2sec until the LED lights turn off.

• Spray switch button
  Short press to start / pause water spray

• Energy-saving
  The ear cleaner have 10 minutes energy saving function, it will automatically turn off if no operation in 10 minutes.

Indicator light and gear descriptions
The ear cleaner have normal mode by default. Short press the switch button to select the mode as required.

1. Indicator light 1 ：Battery indicator. Low battery, red light is flashing; During charging, the red light is always on; Fully charged, the green light is always on.
2. Indicator light 2 ：1st gear – Normal mode
3. Indicator light 3 ：2nd gear – Soft mode
4. Indicator light 4 ：3rd gear – Pulse mode
5. Indicator light 5 ：4th gear – Strong mode

Normal mode: Moderate water pressure, suitable for most of the people.
Soft mode: Medium water pressure, efficiently deep clean.
Pulse mode: Alternating strong and weak water flow, different clean feelings.
Strong mode: Strong water pressure, eradicate toughest build-up earwax.
Warm tips: 4 water pressure levels range is from 7 to 24.5PSI.

Steps for Usage

Step1
Use warm water at body temperature or 37 ℃±2 ℃.
Step2
Attach a one-time-use ear tip.
Step3
Place the basin under the ear for irrigation.
Step4
Move in a smooth circular way to increase the cleaning effects.
Step5
The blockage gone and finish ear irrigating.

Before use

1. It is normal when the product(water bottle, water tube, etc.)has some residual distilled water that used for testing performance.
2. It is recommended to use 1st gear mode for first time use, choose the other modes based on your needs.
3. It is recommended to soften heavy or hard earwax before irrigation.

Ear Tips
Soft ear tip is hygienic and detachable for easy replacement.

Install Ear Tip
Attach the disposable tip at the end of nozzle, tighten it clock-wise properly.

Warm tips:

1. This is a one-time-use ear tip. Used ear tips should be discarded in case of ear infection.
2. To purchase extra disposable soft ear tips, please visit our store or contact us directly for more use instructions.

Fill Warm Water

Take out the refillable water bottle from package, add warm water ≤ 500ml and twist it on the ear cleaner.

Warm tips:

1. Warm water is recommended.
2. It could be at body temperature or 37 degrees Celsius , plus or minus 2 degrees(It should NOT be warm enough to hurt you).
3. Do not inject chemicals such as the solids that would block or damage the ear cleaner.

Ear Catch Basin

• The catch basin has ergonomic design with small and wide radian side.
• Place the small radian side under the ear lobe to contain the liquid during irrigation.

Charging Instructions

• For first time use, please charge the ear cleaner. Turn OFF the ear cleaner before charging.

• Ensure the ear cleaner and your hands are dry to plug the
  Type- C cable(included) into the ear cleaner and connect to a DC 5V USB charging port.

• Full charge takes 4 hours. The Strong/CH indicator will flash during charging and keeps on when complete charged.

• The Strong/CH LED indicator will flash to indicate that battery is low, please charge the device.

Warm tips:

1. Do not use the products while charging.
2. Charge the ear cleaner in environment with temperature between 15 -35 °C.
3. The working time may shorten when charging in environment with low temperature(< 15°C).
4. If the environment temperature is too low(< 5°C), it may not be able to charge.

Maintenance

1. Under power-off mode, remove the water bottle and pour out the rest water.
2. Turn on the ear cleaner to drain the residual water of internal device and nozzle.
3. Remove the ear tip and discard it.
4. Clean the product with a damp cotton cloth. No cleaning solutions or corrosive liquids should be used.

Troubleshooting

1. If the ear cleaner fails to turn on, please charge it in case of low battery.
2. If the ear cleaner working time is short after fully charged, please charge and use it in environment temperature between 15-35 °C; Or the charging time is insufficient, please charge it.
3. If the LED lights are not working while charging, please check if the power supply is connected correctly.
4. If the water pressure is too low, please replace a new ear tip in case of blocked or damaged; Or choose the stronger mode based on your need.
