Product Information

The BBC Micro Bit Smart Car is a robot car that is built on the Micro:bit development board. It utilizes the compact and aesthetic features of the Micro:bit development board and has a micro:bit dot matrix screen as the main body. The onboard Bluetooth serves as the APP communication for the car.

The car comes with a Micro bit breakout, a vertical ultrasonic sensor (including cable), two motors, an acrylic board for the ultrasonic sensor, two tires, a micro USB cable, an infrared remote control, a screwdriver, four M340 copper pillars, two M210 copper pillars, two brackets, a lithium battery, two magic stickers, an instruction manual, a universal wheel, and screws and nuts. The BBC Micro Bit Smart Car is made in China.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Assemble the Micro bit breakout and attach it to the micro :bit development board.
2. Attach the vertical ultrasonic sensor to the acrylic board using the M340 copper pillars.
3. Attach the ultrasonic sensor to the Micro bit breakout using the included cable.
4. Attach the motors to the motor brackets using screws and nuts.
5. Attach the motor brackets to the acrylic board using M210 copper pillars.
6. Attach the tires to the motors.
7. Attach the universal wheel to the bottom of the car.
8. Connect the lithium battery to the Micro bit breakout.
9. Use the micro USB cable to connect the Micro:bit development board to a computer and download the programming code for the car.
10. Use the infrared remote control to control the car’s movements.
11. The car can also be controlled using Bluetooth through an APP that communicates with the onboard Bluetooth.
