Device Operation

  1. How to turn on/off the device?
    Press key 2 seconds to turn on, Press key 3 seconds to turn off.

  2. How to set the time?
    Connect the device to your cell phone Bluetooth, the device will automatically synchronize your cell phone time, no need to set it separately.

  3. How to connect to cell phone Bluetooth?
    Press key to switch to BT mode, when the device BT indicator is on, find “B501” in your phone Bluetooth, connect to BT501,the password is: 0000.
    If the BT indicator does not light up, press key first, then press key to switch to BT mode.

  4. How to adjust the speaker voIume, switch songs and pause play?
    Short press key to adjust the speaker voIume, Long pressed key to switch songs, press key to pause/pIay.

  5. How to answer the phone hands-free?
    Press key to answer hands-free, press key to end the call, please keep the distance to the device within 24 inch when talking.

  6. How to charge the Bluetooth speaker clock?
    The charging cable of the device is compatible with the normal USB-A power adapter. To ensure the device keeps working, please keep it plugged in for charging. The device’s built-in battery has overcharge protection, and the device can work continuously for 5-10h with a full charged battery (Play Music).

  7. How to set alarm 1 and alarm 2 ?
    How to set alarm 1 and alarm 2 ?

    Press the key to switch to alarm 2, the setup steps for alarm 2 are the same as for alarm 1.

  8. When the alarm is ringing, what button turns it off?
    Each alarm with snooze function, get 5 minutes extra sleep time per snooze, up to 3 snooze. When the alarm rings for the first time, press any key once to enter the snooze function. If you need to stop the alarm, please press any key three times to stop the alarm.

  9. How to cancel the alarm that has been set?
    Press the key to switch alarm mode: Short press to switch 4 clock modes: Buttons no alarm, Select no alarm mode and indicators are off).

  10. How to adjust the brightness of the display?
    Short press key to adjust the brightness of the display, and press they button for 2 seconds to turn off the display.

  11. If the device system does not work properly, how to solve this problem?
    Please use thimble to insert into the RESET hole and press the black button, the system program will restart.

  12. Is it possible to change the alarm ringtone to another song and can the volume of the alarm be adjusted?
    Bluetooth speaker and alarm clock are 2 separate systems, the volume control key can only control the volume of the Bluetooth speaker, the ringtone and volume of the alarm cannot be changed, the volume reaches 100-107 decibels. the device is a loud alarm clock for heavy sleepers

Trouble Shooting

FAQ Solution
Fail to connected
  1. If fail to find model name or connect with speaker, please make sure the speaker in pairing mode.
  2. Please re-open the Bluetooth function on your mobile/computer if long time fail to connect.
  3. Please close other Bluetooth devices to avoid searching problems.
  4. Please enter “0000” (4 zeros) if password needed.

No sound when play music|

  1. Please adjust your phone if in minimum volume status
  2. Please check the speaker if in pause status.

Speaker stuttering when playing music|

  1. Check if the range are exceed or there is an obstacle between the speaker and the connected devices.
  2. Check phone if no enough storage, please restart your phone.

Can not turn ON| No power, please charge and then try again.
Can not charge, no red indicator|

  1. Battery is full ,please charge again after half hours working, red indicator will be on.
  2. Charge cable is broken,change new one.
  3. Re-open the speaker and try again.
