Safety Notes

  • The extension pole is not a toy. Keep the article out of reach of children.
  • Make sure that dirt cannot get into the contacts. Do not insert spiky metallic objects into the contacts.
  • Keep the extension pole from moisture and make sure water cannot get into the contacts.
  • Note the instruction manual of the machine you want to operate.

Operation

  1. Insert the extension pole into the garden tool you intend to operate (e. g. X-Grubber 93 76 10).
  2. Fold down up the bracket (F) in order to fix the extension pole and the garden tool together.
  3. Insert the battery (A) into the slot of the handle (he battery is not included in delivery). The garden tool is now ready for operation.
  4. To switch on the device, depress the safety switch (C) and the ON/OFF switch (B).
    Operation
Adjusting the Working Length
  1. To enlarge the extension pole, lift the lock lever (D) and then pull out the pole (E).
  2. Fold down the locking lever until you have adjusted the length. The extension pole saw can be enlarged up to a total length of 127 cm.
Cleaning and Storing
  • Clean the extension pole with a dry or lightly moistened cloth only. Keep the contacts free from dust and dirt.
  • Store the extension pole and the attachments as well as the accessory together and always out of reach of children and persons in need of supervision.
