The Mingle Bar PA511D is a versatile and high-quality webcam designed for video conferencing, gaming, streaming, and more. It is equipped with a 4K camera and dual microphones that provide excellent audio and video quality. The Mingle Bar also features AI Framing, which automatically adjusts and re- centers the image when additional people enter its field of view.

Product Usage Instructions

Follow these instructions to use the Mingle Bar PA511D:

  • Step 1: Connect the Mingle Bar to a power outlet using the included power adapter.
  • Step 2: Connect a monitor or TV to the Mingle Bar using an HDMI cable.
  • Step 3: Connect the Mingle Bar’s USB-C port to your laptop or computer using the included USB cable.

Note: Ensure that your computer’s USB port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for HDMI to function properly on the Mingle Bar.

LED Status Indicator

The Mingle Bar has an LED status indicator that provides information about its current state. Here are the different LED statuses:

  • Flashing White: Booting/firmware updating
  • Solid White: Ready
  • Solid Yellow: Playing audio
  • Solid Green: In use for video calling or video previewing
  • Flashing Green: Incoming calls
  • Flashing Blue Twice: Turning on AI Framing
  • Flashing Purple Twice: Turning off AI Framing
  • Solid Red: Microphone muted (3rd party app)

Important Safety Instructions

Before using the Mingle Bar, please read and follow these important safety instructions:

  • Only use the power adapter and USB cable provided with the Mingle Bar.
  • Do not use the Mingle Bar near water or in a humid environment.
  • Avoid using the Mingle Bar in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

  • Avoid dropping or hitting the Mingle Bar.
  • Do not expose the Mingle Bar to extreme temperatures.

Installation

  1. Plug Mingle Bar into a power outlet.
  2. Connect a monitor/TV to Mingle Bar via an HDMI cable.
  3. Connect Mingle Bar’s USB-C port to your laptop using the included USB cable.
  • Ensure the computer’s USB port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for HDMI to function properly on Mingle Bar.
  • Optional: Mingle Bar is also capable of hosting other devices such as keyboards, external microphones, routers, etc. when needed.

AI Framing: Gesture Control

AI Framing enables the webcam to automatically adjust and recenter the image when additional people enter its field of view. It can be turned on or off using a hand gesture—hold up your hand within one meter in front of the camera for three seconds until the power indicator flashes blue or purple twice.

Placement

It is recommended to place Mingle Bar below or near the monitor/TV as close to eye level as possible. The accessories for the mounting options below are sold separately and require additional installations.
