What’s In the Box
- Immersion Hand Blender
Introduction
An immersion hand blender is a kitchen appliance used to blend or puree food directly in a container. It consists of a long, cylindrical metal or plastic body with a blade at the bottom, which is immersed into the food to be blended. The blender is powered by an electric motor, making it an efficient and convenient tool for blending, pureeing, and smoothing soups, sauces, dips, and other foods. The compact size and handheld design of an immersion hand blender make it easy to store and maneuver in the kitchen, and many models come with interchangeable blades and attachments for added versatility.
Assembly
- Ensure that Motor Unit 1 is disconnected from the electricity supply before assembly.
- The Motor Unit 1 drops into the Blending Unit 2 and positively LOCKS when rotated clockwise
How to Use
- The Hand Blender should be used with a suitable bowl that is sited on a dry, level, and stable surface, away from direct heat. Start blending by using the Low Speed 4 to avoid splashing.
- Allow cooked solid food to cool a little before blending – the recommended maximum temperature is 65°C. The maximum temperature of liquid foods that can be processed is also 65°C, but it is better to process all foods at a lower temperature if possible.
- Food to be blended should be cut into approx. 2cm / ¾” pieces – if you want an even blend, start with pieces of about the same size. If ‘stringy’ ingredients are being processed such as celery or leeks, regularly clean the Cutter Head 3.
Cleaning
- Unplug the Hand Blender from the electricity socket before cleaning. Thoroughly wash the Blending Unit 2 in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. The Blending Unit 2 is dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the Motor Unit 1 with a damp, soapy cloth and dry thoroughly. DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT IN WATER.
- Store the Hand Blender, with blades protected, in a safe place to prevent accidents – out of the reach of children.
Frother for Milk
Attachment for a unique milk frother. One set will include a milk frother and a blender. In contrast to the portable tiny milk frother, our milk frother attachment can be connected directly to the blender’s main body for more powerful force and easier foam production. About a 1:2 ratio exists between milk and foam.
4 Blades and 8 Different Speed Controls
When you have a four-blade system instead of a standard two-blade system, the food is mixed more effectively, uniformly, and smoothly. Whether milkshakes, soups, or baby food, this 250 Watt strong hand blender with 8 variable speed controls makes food blending more effective. Low sounds and trembling.

FAQs
How long does it take to charge the battery?****
It takes about 4 hours to fully charge a completely drained battery.
Does this blender come with a case or bag?****
No, it does not.
Can I use the immersion blender in a pot on the stove?****
No, never use an immersion hand blender in a pot on the stove. The heat will damage the motor and void your warranty.
How long can you run an immersion blender?****
It is important that the motor unit is only run for 1 minute, no longer, in any 4-minute period, particularly for heavy mixtures. In the unlikely event you need to use the hand blender for longer ensure it is allowed to rest.
Can you use an immersion blender for anything?****
An immersion blender can be used to mix, puree, and emulsify just about anything a regular blender can. Think pureed soups, fruity smoothies, custom aiolis, fresh pestos, baby food, and more.
Can an immersion blender replace it?****
An immersion blender can be used instead of a hand mixer when working with more liquid ingredients. The blades on an immersion blender will chop or cut through ingredients, so it’s not ideal for hand mixer tasks like folding chocolate chips into cookie dough or when mixing thicker doughs for bread or pasta.
Do you need to move an immersion blender?****
Using an immersion blender is simple. Submerge the blender’s blade completely into the food or drink you want to mix before turning the appliance on. Move the blender around the container to mix all the contents. Keep the blade submerged to avoid splatters.
Are immersion blenders hard to clean?****
Though immersion blenders are easy to clean, we prefer models that have a removable blender attachment that is dishwasher-safe.
How much power should an immersion blender have?****
Most immersion blenders start at about 200 watts but can go up to 1,000 watts. In general, the higher the wattage, the greater the power.
Why does my immersion blender stop?****
If Blender stops while blending: The Blender becomes overloaded or jammed when blending heavy ingredients. It will automatically shut off to prevent damage to the motor.
Can an immersion blender make juice?****
Immersion blenders and hand blenders are great for smaller jobs like blending a smaller serving of juice while you can whip up larger batches with countertop blenders.
Is an immersion blender a food processor?****
An immersion blender is a handheld blender with a small spinning blade that is immersed into ingredients to create smoothies, soups and sauces. A food processor has larger, flat blades at the bottom of the work bowl, or discs that sit at the top and can chop, shred, grind, puree and more.
