Product Usage Instructions
- Slide the three Wheeley Bar Legs into the Wheeley Bar Base.
- Secure each leg using two 3/8 – 16 x 3/4 Hex Head Cap Screws and two 3/8 Washers for each leg.
- Flip the base over and place the two Rear Axles face down. Use two Rear Axle bolts to keep them in place.
- Flip the base back over and slide two Rubber Tires onto each Rear Axle. Place Cotter Pins into holes on Axles.
- Attach the Steering Axle to the base using the Leveling Screw, Wingnut, Washer, Spacer, Jam Nut, Fender Washer, Jam Nut, and Rubber Foot. Make sure that the Steering Axle is in the correct position before putting the Leveling Screw in place.
- Attach the Tow Handle to the Steering Axle using the Clevis Pin and Cotter Pin.
- Screw in the other two Leveling Screws into the Wheeley Bar.
- For a more secure fit, use additional Rear Axle bolts to screw into the side of the base of the Wheeley Bar.
- The Wheeley Bar is now ready for use. For stability on soft ground, remove the Rubber Foot and screw the Levelling Screw directly into the ground. Upgrade to Gold Zinc-Plated Steel Levelling Screw Feet for ultimate stability.

Installation instructions

Slide Wheeley Bar Legs (B) into Wheeley Bar Base (A).

Use 2 3/8” – 16 x 3/4” Hex Head Cap Screws (I) and 2 3/8” Washers (J) to secure each leg.
Your wheeley bar should now look like this with the bolts and washers in place: -
Now, flip the base of the Wheeley Bar over so that it is upside-down. Place the rear axles (N) face down ∩. Use two bolts (G) to keep them in place.

Flip the wheeley bar back so that it is right side up, and slide two tires (R) onto each rear axle. Place Cotter Pins (L) into holes on Axles.
Once done, the Wheeley Bar should look like this: -
The next step is to put on the front steering axle (O). The leveling screw and steering axle go in this order

Make sure that the steering axle (E) is in the correct position before putting the leveling screw in place. The bar of the Steering Axle is above the Wheeley Bar base. Levelling screw should turn freely. Do not force -
Next, attach the Tow Handle (Q) to the Steering Axle (O). Start by taking the handle and align the bottom holes with the side holes in the steering axle. Use the Clevis Pin (M) to keep in place. Put a Cotter Pin (L) through the clevis pin to keep it secure.

Once the Tow Handle is attached to the Steering axle, you can screw in the other two Leveling Screws into the Wheeley Bar
For a more secure fit, you may use additional bolts (G) to screw into the side of the base of the Wheeley Bar
Your wheeley bar is now ready for use!
NOTE :The Leveling Screws can be stuck into soft ground: remove the rubber foot and screw it directly into the ground. The jam nut stabilizes the rod into the ground. For ultimate stability, upgrade to our Gold Zinc-Plated Steel Levelling Screw Feet.
