Safety Precautions

Before using the device, please ensure yourself be aware of following contents. Otherwise,injury or danger may arise.

About applicable people and body parts

• The device is designed for adults except the elderly.
• Without a feeling of pain, you can apply this device onto your soft tissue on your body.
• Do not hit your head, bones or other hard parts.
• Pressure may arise bruise. So touch the massage area, once you feel painful or uncomfortable, stop using the device immediately.
• Press your skin and massage your body where dry and clean with this device.
• Keep your fingers, hair or other parts away from the axis and back side of the device.
• Do not massage areas where there is little muscle or is close to bones, such as tibiae, insteps, opisthenar,etc.
• Do not massage in these sensitive parts: eyes, teeth, implanted breast, reproductive organ, artificial limb,etc.
• Do not apply this device on any parts liable to fracture.
• If the pain persists, stop using the device immediately and consult doctors.
• This is a non-medical device. So it’s inappropriate to use it for medical purposes and hospitals.
• Before using the device, please check if the device and cable lines are in good condition. If anything wrong, in order to avoid underlying danger, please ask the manufacturer or its designated professional workers to repair the device.

About device operations

• Please select the most appropriate massage head when using the device.
• Do not place any objects in the ventilation hole.
• Do not soak the device or let the water go into the ventilation hole.
• Do not get the device fallen or use it in a proper way.
• Please check the device, battery, and charger before your use.
• Do not convert the device for other purposes.
• Do not leave the device running or being charged without being watched.
• Do not run the device when it is being charged.
• Do not throw the device into the fire.
• Do not use it for one hour continuously, please stop this device for 30 mins before its next use.

About battery

• Do not throw the battery into water or make it wet.
• Do not charge in a hot condition and use or store battery in the vicinity of a fire or a heater. When there is battery leakage or horrible smell, move the device away from the flames immediately.
• Do not throw the battery into fire or heat it.
• It’s forbidden to transport or store the battery with a necklace hairgrip or other metal.
• It’s forbidden to contact the positive pole and the negative pole on the battery with wires or other metal objects in order to avoid a short circuit.
• Do not use nails or other pointed objects to stab the battery.
• Do not hammer or tread on the battery.
• Do not crush or cast the battery.
• It’s forbidden to disassemble the battery in any form.
• It’s forbidden to put the battery in a microwave oven or pressure cooker.
• If there is horrible smell, heat, distortion, color fade, or other abnormal situations please stop using it; If the battery is in use or being charged, please remove it from the device or disconnect the charge wire immediately.

About Charging

• When using for the first time, charge the device to 100% for around 3 hours.
• Connect the output end of the USB cable to the DC charge port while the input end to a power bank or charger(5V 2A, charge time gets longer if the charger is of less than 2A )
• The red indicator represents the device is being charged while it automatically turns off when it comes to 100%.
• The battery can be charged at any remaining level. Make sure the device is out of service.
• When the device works, the charge is technically forbidden.
• When using the device, red indicator represents remaining electricity is below 30%;
• When the red indicator flashes, it serves as a reminder that remaining electricity is below 20% and a prompt charge is required.
• Generally speaking, the average working time is around one hour, which is determined by vibration frequency and massage pressure.

Operation Method

Preparation before Use

• Unbox the case, then check if you have the full set of the device and its accessories. If not, please contact your supplier.
• Make sure the device is in adequate battery power.

Operation Steps

Attach the massage head to the device

• With the device being powered off, press the massage head toughly to the device.(tips: The U-shaped head needs to be positioned when the buckle is inserted into the slot.
  Otherwise, the head is liable to fall off. )

When the device is powered off, press “ ” button on the panel for 2 seconds, then the device will automatically turn into level 1; press that button for a short time, you can shift level from 1 to 5; press that button for 2 seconds when the device works, it will be powered off.

• The device will automatically stop when running time reaches 10 mins.
• LED indicator shows corresponding hit level.
• When the device is in standby mode, it will automatically be switched off in 20 seconds.

Apply the required pressure at the preset vibration massage frequency to massage the corresponding body parts.

Warranty

Maintenance

• Clean the device with a damp towel containing little water, then wipe it with a dry towel.
• Please place the device in the box if it’s not in use for a long time.
• Do not disassembly the device.
• If you hope the new battery can have an excellent performance within a short period, please charge it to 100% and use it to 0% left three or more times.
• When the device is not in use for a long time, please charge it once per month.
• It is forbidden to disassemble the device without permission. The artificial damage is not covered by the warranty.

Waste Battery Disposal

Please support the recycling of rechargeable batteries (lithium-ion batteries).

Danger| The battery used in this product is a special rechargeable battery, which shall not be used in other products, please do not take out Rechargeable battery for charging.
The above conditions can cause heating, fire, rupture and other phenomena.

• Do not throw it into the fire to overheat it;
• Do not pierce with nails, impact with gravity or conduct decomposition and transformation;
• Do not connect the positive and negative electrodes of the battery directly with metal;
• Please do not store it with necklace, hairpin, etc.
• Please do not charge, use or place in high temperature places such as near the fire or in the hot sun.

The above conditions can cause heating, fire, rupture and other phenomena.

• If swallowed by mistake, please see a doctor immediately.

• When the battery liquid leaks, do not touch the liquid with your bare hands, and handle it as follows:

• When the battery liquid enters into the eyes, there is a risk of blindness. Do not rub the eyes directly with your hands. Wash them with clear water immediately and seek medical advice. When the battery liquid touches the body or clothes, it may cause skin inflammation or injury. Please wash it with clear water. If there is still discomfort, seek medical advice immediately.

• Only when the product is discarded, it can be disassembled. If it is not observed, it may cause fire, electric shock, injury and other accidents. If it needs to be repaired (except for battery replacement), please consult the original seller.

• The inner lithium-ion battery in the device is a valuable resource which can be recycled.

• Please take it out and give it to a specialized organization which disposes waste battery.

Transportation

• Ambient temperature:-20°C~+50°C;
• Relative humidity:≤90%;
• This product is suitable for automobiles, trains, ships, airplanes and other modes of transportation;
• During transportation, it should be fixed to prevent violent vibration, collision, roll and fall; and be upward, careful, light and rainproof;
• No more than 5 layers of massager stacked.

Storage

• The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and non corrosive environment
• The number of layers of massagers must not exceed 5.
• When the device is not in use for a long time, it should be packed and stored after cleaning. It is better to take out the device and charge it once a month to prevent moisture.

Warranty Note

1. From the date of purchase, beoka products can enjoy a free one-year warranty for the body of massage instrument with the purchase invoice.

2. We will not provide free warranty service for faults caused by the following user’s personal reasons. Such as:
   A) failure caused by unauthorized disassembly and refitting of the product;
   B) failure caused by careless falling during use and handling;
   C) failure caused by lack of reasonable maintenance;
   D) failure caused by failure to operate in accordance with the correct instructions in the operation manual;
   E) faults caused by improper repair of repair shop not authorized by beoka.

3. Repair services beyond the scope of warranty will be charged according to regulations.

4. Please call the customer service hotline when you need to provide warranty service.

5. During the warranty service, if necessary, we can provide the product circuit diagram and repairable component information to the qualified technical personnel identified by us.

6. We offer after-sales service within 5 years after the date of purchase.
