Product Usage Instructions
- Read the fitting instructions carefully before fitting and follow them for correct use.
- Ensure that the ULTI Bars are compatible with your vehicle.
- Position the side rails on the outside of the vehicle’s fixing points.
- Loosely secure the ULTI Bars to the vehicle’s 1st, 3rd, and 4th fixing points depending on the system you are fitting.
- Position the bars as shown in the instructions.
- Tighten the bolts to a torque of 8Nm.
- Regularly inspect all fixings and parts. Any damaged or worn parts should be immediately removed from the vehicle and replaced.
- Take care when loading and unloading goods onto and off the vehicle’s roof.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 80kg or the vehicle manufacturer’s load-bearing capacity (refer to the vehicle handbook).

Tested to 80kg per bar. Maximum load is in accordance with the vehicle
manufacturer’s load-bearing capacity (refer to the vehicle handbook). Do not
exceed this limit.
